One of the best KFC’s I’ve been to in a while, conveniently located close to the interstate gave extra piece. Nicely landscape, clean and relatively secluded from traffic clean interior friendly staff. I would highly recommend you check out the location if you like me who grew up eating a lot of KFC.

I drive a semi truck and parked in the truck lot next the KFC. I went inside and when I attempted to place an order the employee told me they were only taking orders from the drive thru because it was so backed up. Keep in mind my vehicle doesn't fit in the drive thru. I walked out and noticed they was actually only one car in the drive thru!! The employee was standing right there at the counter and could have taken my order . Well I won't be coming back there again. I ended up stopping at the Bojangles on the other side of Knoxville. I'm not really mad about this because KFC's quality of chicken had gone down so much this guy actually did me a favor by not serving me!

I ordered extra Krispy and when I got back to the house all the chicken was mushy
Decided on kfc for dinner and got the 8 piece meal.when I got home to eat we found that there was only 3 pieces of chicken edible the rest of the pieces were small and dried out.this is something that should have went in garbage and not counted as a piece of chicken. Not only was it way higher than it use to be now we get garbage in our box and counted as 8. The sides were fine but my family wanted chicken.. I will never return if this is how much they love their customer..

Me and my grandma had ordered a $20 meal but it was burnt so they wrote my grandmas name was wrote down on a book so when we come back we can get what we got last time but for free from our burnt meal.But, when we came to pick it up they said our name was already marked off. The thing is NEITHER OF US came to pick it up and noone knew about it other than the staff.Therefore we were unable to get our meal.This place needs new trust worthy staff instead of thieves.Won’t be coming back.
