Placed online order and arrived at store to pick it up. Lady inside told me and other customers the lobby is closed and get in drive thru. Cars didn't move so I didn't get my order. Called customer service for a refund and after 3 calls speaking with the refund department I was told upper management would review my case and get back to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!! NEVER VISIT KFC.

Don’t go to this location 15-20 minutes before closing. I pulled around to the speaker box with no answer for a good 10 minutes so I drive around to the window where the employees kept walking by the window making eye contact with me. I finally honked my horn and the lady came to the window and I asked if they were closing early to which she tells me no and proceeds to look at me like I was stupid and ask me what I want just to tell me they were out of everything.

Food was cold and gross, didn’t taste like what it should. The lady in the window kept repeating things back wrong so I had to keep repeating multiple times. I think the quality of your food could be better and it should be better. Worst kfc I’ve ever been to. I will not be coming back.

This particular place needs a complete overhaul of employees. Every time I visit, I've been disappointed. Tonight I visited and at least 5 people waiting. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone approached me. How can a chicken place run out of chicken, it blows my mind. The lady behind making the food is sitting back there picking her belly button, how sanitary is this. If there was another chicken place close, I would never visit this location again.

This is a bizarre location. The staff keep one door locked, and if you're able to get in, they literally ignore you. We stood there and asked for help. They were right in front of us, and never responded. We had to leave, and the customers before us left as well. We will never return.

Went to pick up 16 piece extra crispy, they're out of white meat of any kind. If that's not bad enough they're out of mashed potatoes and cole slaw. If this is your menu would you make sure you had enough?

There was no one at thw drive-thru to take our order so we went in. The order took 15 Mins to get. While we were waiting, 2 people came out from.behind the dumpster. We got food. Went outside realized the order was wrong and we didn't have a fork. They had locked the doors at 8:10. Other people in the parking lot tried to go in a pickup their order too but doors were locked.
