We were tired and hungry. Ran thru the KFC on cedar bluff. Got home and it just looked so bad. Like nothing I've seen before tbh. Just awful. Id say dont go here if you dont Wanna waste money and a trip. Sadly the employees seemed very responsive.

I will never come back again! I downloaded the app for the free chicken deal and well..u get what u pay for! Meanwhile KFC is trying to get customers with this free deal. I ordered online and I couldn't change the sides nor request all thighs. I purchased the 7 piece meal and free tenders. So I go up there and they r working on my order. They bag it all up and leave it on the counter for about 5-7 mins. Meanwhile I'm trying to get the attention of 1 of 2 guys that were working to substitute the items I mentioned. There was this young white kid and a middle aged blk guy. I assume the blk guy was the manager or senior worker over the kid. So the blk guy finally comes around and I got his attention before finally taping my bag up and I asked my request. He said he didn't have time for all that. So he told the young kid to just give me what I want to get rid of me. The kid comes bk with two small sides, Meanwhile i had ordered the family meal. I said thats not correct. I pulled these mashed potatoes out because again I didn't want them and the blk guy said just take them. So the kid comes back with the correct size. Meanwhile I had already put the potatoes next to the register and he said u can have them, just take them. I said I don't want them. Just the green beans and coleslaw, in which I wanted. So while all this is going on Uber eats lady comes in and she is telling us that her Customer sent her back because they didn't give her all her meal. Well as u can see I don't have my full meal either. No biscuits!!! I'm not going back up there for those but best believe I will not be going back up there at all for anything! Such a rip off, unprofessional workers, short staffed....just a mess. When I left i counted about 7 cars parked in line waiting. One lady backed up out the line and came in as I was leaving. I told her good luck! Smh
UPDATE: 08/25- I received a $5.46 refund I found on my bank statement this month. So, someone knows what's going on here. Thank you KFC for the gesture and acknowledgement.

This KFC in Tennessee, had great customer service, with a smile. The food was properly cooked and hot! Drive through super fast!!!

The food was normal if you don't count the hair I found in it and it took about 10 minutes of waiting at the window do get my food.

Got 8 piece bucket, and (3) 2 piece meals.
Total 14 pieces, they took out 4 pieces of bucket to fill my 2 piece meals.
Literally the 8 piece came with 4 pieces in it.
Didn't give mash and gravy with combo.
Husband sat with no one else in line at speaker for 10 mins, they didnt say a word.
Ive been to other KFC and they're constantly out of chicken....
This brand is giving out free 10 piece chicken, but not even that will save the brand.
Undercover boss where are you, this chain is going down quick.
1 of the pieces I did get looked like it'd be gnawed on by a rat.

Placed an online order, and showed up on time to pick up. Was at the drive thru speaker for almost 10 minutes with no greeting so I said hello. They responded rite away, and took my online order info. At first they couldn't find it then told me to pull around to the window. There was a difference on the name on the order because my wife ordered. They said they found the order and started to put it together. The staff was super polite and very personable and I appreciate that. I cant express how nice the staff was!!! The only issue is that we were missing several pieces of chicken and sides. Staff was great but just missing food.

Floor was sticky in some spots and slippery in others. The tables were not cleaned off and I ended up cleaning ours just to sit down. Chicken was horrible looking and really greasy. Mashed potatoes were lukewarm. All around poor quality. Pretty disappointed how bad the quality has gotten.

Always out of something. They’ve been straight out of chicken before. Always a long wait. I kept coming back because they were at least nice, but after their customer service today? I’ll drive the 40 minutes round trip to get it from the next closest one if I want the food bad enough.
