If you want your order correct and fresh dont come here .I ordered Mac and cheese and ended up with 2 Cole slaw. I ordered Mac and cheese for a reason . Chicken cold and tasted over 24 hours old and biscuits are harder then a skipping rock. Can we please get our heads back in the game KFC!

They have crappy service (very rude) and online orders are a joke. Your better off just using drive through and even then it's slow. They had our order on the counter and we still waited like 10 minutes ( it was not busy)

I'm giving a 5 star solely on my or of spicy wings from yesterday. They were great and quickly made. I can't speak to the atmosphere considering i was using the drive thru but those wings were the bomb.

I ordered an 8 piece combo bucket from grub hub and payed over $30. I received 6 wings 1 breast and 1 thigh... I guess it could have been possible to receive less meat in an order, but I will never find out because will never order from this company again. This is why your company is failing... you won't get help from me again.

Went to KFC-Cedar Bluff Road- to try their Chicken Pot Pie and it was good. The crust was excellent but the filling was not like the pie in the commercial. Typical advertising, I suppose. The filling was certainly edible. Their hot wings were really good. Restaurant was clean and employees were very nice, helpful and professional. We will go back.

Poor service hand written sign customer service and their pride, but you stand at the counter for 15-20 min don't get no service, fast food restaurants just went down hill in this day and time. Didn't get to order and left

The coleslaw was awful 😖 I've never tasted it like that, the guy gave me diet Pepsi instead of regular. Next time I'll go to a different kfc

Hadn’t went in a while but we a couple weeks ago and it was the best I’d had in so long!! Everything was so fresh & cooked perfectly. Went back a week or so later bc it was so good and the experience was just as good if not better!! Friendly, fast and so fresh!!! Couldn’t ask for better. This location restored my love for KFC

Absolutely worst chicken I've ever had from KFC. Got two thighs and a leg. Original. The breading was soooooo thick and lumpy and soggy and just crumbled off the thighs. The meat itself was OK but the meat on the leg was dry as sawdust and completely tasteless. So sad.

We were tired and hungry. Ran thru the KFC on cedar bluff. Got home and it just looked so bad. Like nothing I've seen before tbh. Just awful. Id say dont go here if you dont Wanna waste money and a trip. Sadly the employees seemed very responsive.

I will never come back again! I downloaded the app for the free chicken deal and well..u get what u pay for! Meanwhile KFC is trying to get customers with this free deal. I ordered online and I couldn't change the sides nor request all thighs. I purchased the 7 piece meal and free tenders. So I go up there and they r working on my order. They bag it all up and leave it on the counter for about 5-7 mins. Meanwhile I'm trying to get the attention of 1 of 2 guys that were working to substitute the items I mentioned. There was this young white kid and a middle aged blk guy. I assume the blk guy was the manager or senior worker over the kid. So the blk guy finally comes around and I got his attention before finally taping my bag up and I asked my request. He said he didn't have time for all that. So he told the young kid to just give me what I want to get rid of me. The kid comes bk with two small sides, Meanwhile i had ordered the family meal. I said thats not correct. I pulled these mashed potatoes out because again I didn't want them and the blk guy said just take them. So the kid comes back with the correct size. Meanwhile I had already put the potatoes next to the register and he said u can have them, just take them. I said I don't want them. Just the green beans and coleslaw, in which I wanted. So while all this is going on Uber eats lady comes in and she is telling us that her Customer sent her back because they didn't give her all her meal. Well as u can see I don't have my full meal either. No biscuits!!! I'm not going back up there for those but best believe I will not be going back up there at all for anything! Such a rip off, unprofessional workers, short staffed....just a mess. When I left i counted about 7 cars parked in line waiting. One lady backed up out the line and came in as I was leaving. I told her good luck! Smh
UPDATE: 08/25- I received a $5.46 refund I found on my bank statement this month. So, someone knows what's going on here. Thank you KFC for the gesture and acknowledgement.
