I made a scheduled pick up and when i went to go pick it up the lobby was closed (someone’s kid was in the lobby) and the drive through wasn’t moving. I called the store twice but no one answered. (Got told they don’t even have a phone).Went through the drive through and had to wait 30 additional minutes to get my pick up order.When they brought the order out they basically threw the food at me, then laughed at me and quickly went inside.I’m never coming back
Stopped by at 3:30 pm and dining room was closed even though sign on the door said it was open.

I went to pick up a DoorDash order someone had placed at this location. I pulled into the drive thru and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and nobody answered. I then pulled up to the window and waited for the lady working to walk by the window so I could get her attention. When she opened the window she said they were closed and rudely laughed at me when I said I had a DoorDash order for pickup. I went to this location two hours before their posted closing time.

This has to be THE WORST kfc in America! There is ALWAYS a problem. Either there is ONLY 1 person working, or like tonight, their machine breaks so they overcook the damn chicken so I had to get extra Crispy, when I order original online before I got there. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I'll NEVER go back!

This KFC over in cedar bluff is terrible. All the tables were dirty, the Flores were dirty, just over all it needs to be deep cleaned as far as the lobby goes. Also smile y'all you ARE in customer service after all. ???????

Food is good.if you actually get home with what you ordered. Missing items are always to be expected but tonight I had to wait and still had missing items. Service at this location is awful. Staff in and out of back door.....someone always has a cigarette in their mouth. Hopefully they at least wash their hands.
There is this one girl with neck tattoos and a bunch of piercing that was ignoring us in the drive through and when we pulled up to the window she was all rude saying "I'm not taking orders" and when we asked why she just said "I'm just not" she even said they weren't closed that it's just her. Then went back to yapping with her friend. We pulled out and she started arguing with another customer behind us. They were hungry and wanting food but she didn't want to take it. How she that old working there and gunna stay having a bad attitude like that. Isn't she getting paid? Well anyways. Terrible employee

Ordered 100$ worth of food for a get together didn't get half the food. I tried calling they would not answer, drove back they were closed. Feel like a rip off joint more than a restaurant. I know I should have looked to check my bad , but they get paid to make sure the order is right. Can't tell you how the good was didn't get it all. Service they were nice but didn't get my food order right. Atmosphere. Had to wait ten mins after I ordered to get it brought to me. Cedar Bluffs KFC six in my opinion.

Uber Eats order was accepted, prepared, and ready for pickup. Drive-through employee rudely informed me that they were closed even at an entire hour before the listed closing time on Google. Would avoid this place like the plague as this was not a one-off experience.
