Becca was really kind and even though they were out if the extra crispy chicken she offered us their original, gave us a free lemon cake, and said that we could come back next day for a free bucket of their extra crispy chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious and we received the best service we've had from anywhere in a long time.

Quality and service of this restaurant chain has declined so much in the last decade that I just may never go there again

Our first trip to the KFC in Knoxville TN on Maynardville Pike was fantastic. We stop 3 days later and no one would wait on us.

Unfortunately, this place is filthy. I stepped inside, my flip flop stuck to the floor and came off my foot. Several places around the register are like that as well. The tables haven't been cleaned and I do not blame the workers. There are 2 employees here and they are running around trying to take care of customers. My rating of service is not because of the people on staff, it's because there wasn't enough staff.

Talking with others that were waiting one was waiting 35 minutes for their order another was waiting an hour.

Last night we came and ordered 3 thighs, we got home and received 2 legs and 1 thigh. And they hardly had any batter on them. We love KFC, but things are going downhill rapidly.

Training, properly staffed and taking pride in your business owners!

DO NOT go here! I got a pick up order missing several items. I called probably 10 times before they answered. Waste of time and money!

The chicken is so salty and dry you can’t eat it. I’m not talking about a little salt it’s like they pour a whole salt container on it it’s nasty and it’s so dry it’s hard to chew it’s like eating stale beef jerky. I will never go back

This is the ad I saw that convinced me to make my order today. The ad talked about second chances because the company as a whole knows they suck. Well it’s too bad they squandered their second chance because I don’t believe we will be ordering from any KFC again. We used this promotion and also ordered about $15 worth of sides to meet the criteria. After the mobile order was placed, we were given a 10 minute wait time. We arrived at the KFC a little past this 10 minute mark. The lobby was closed due to short staffing. They parked us after going through the drive-thru and then We proceeded to wait 30 minutes after the first 10 mins. So 40 minutes total for a $15 order. They were out of two of the sauces we wanted, KFC sauce and “Comeback” sauce (which is ironic). The chicken was fine but very slimy skin. The gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted fermented. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag at all.

I’m really surprised they have not gone under as a business because this is usually the case at every location in the area that we’ve gone to. KFC really needs to do better with their hiring of management if they want to survive. Though that may be impossible since any manager with actual talent probably isn’t looking to jump onto a sinking ship.
