Time to close this whole franchise
It appears this KFC serves raw chicken to its customers. Disgusting and a complete health hazard to anyone.
Went today and got a twelve piece bucket, got home too eat and from the time I picked the first piece up I knew it wasn't going to be as expected from the new manager. The chicken was old and greasy,so much for KFC.

Every time I go to this restaurant they never have the food ready, I was in there today waited for 30 still didn't have the food, I told them to give me a refund, then went to Popeyes and was in and out in 5 minutes with my order. KFC needs a new manager. There was another customer that said she had been waiting for 40 minutes and was very upset, another customer wanted chicken livers and didn't have those either, it's like every time I go in there. It would be a wonderful location for a restaurant.
Every time something is out. The last time and tonight it was biscuits. Two other chicken options down the road. Id pick either over this kfc
The staff was friendly, and my order was ready when promised, which I appreciated. The lobby itself was clean and orderly.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy, which is a major downside and hard to overlook. The parking lot has plenty of space, but it could use a good sweep as well.
Overall, there are some positives with staff and order readiness, but cleanliness issues — especially in the restroom — bring this location down significantly.

This is the nastiest place I've ever visited blood on toilet seat in mens bathroom sinks dirty and I had to wait over 30 mins for food

Had a poor experience on Sunday Nov 30 2025. Drive thru is too narrow for a truck or van to turn in. Had this problem here more than once. Brought it up to the blonde lady working the drive through. She laughed and said everyone else does just fine getting in and out. If your employee is going to gaslight customers, she should be working in the very back or fired completely. Fix the drive thru, and do something about your gaslighting employee. Poor service, poor atmosphere, and poor employee. Food was good, but will not be returning anytime soon unless drive thru is widened and employee has been properly dealt with.

I have been twice in past 4 months and both times my order has been wrong. Today my food was not hot, they forgot my biscuit, forgot my drink, gave me a reg chicken sandwich and not spicy. Chicken was not very appetizing looking.

what an absolute joke out of chicken at 8:30 on a wednesday night

It would be tough for this to be much worse. I came here a few months ago and it was pretty terrible but today I had the urge for some fried chicken so I thought I'd give it another try.
When I walked in the service was pretty bad. There was no one at the front register the same person was working the drive-thru and the front register there was a line of people at the front register but no one had placed your order. And it seems like everything someone wanted to order they had to run and check and make sure they had. There was an older couple standing there who'd been waiting over 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Eventually I got to order my food no hello please thank you for a smile just simply for here or to go and that was about as much conversation as there was. I take my cup and go to get a drink and there's no ice. The Mountain Dew was completely flat and tasted sour.
After about 10 minutes someone is pointing the people in the lobby asking which one of us ordered this but they never gave us a number so we could actually know for sure two of us ordered the same thing we didn't know which one was who's.
Boy I wish I had waited. Not only was the chicken cold and the potatoes cold but the biscuit was broken and smashed and then pieces. The fried chicken was..... slimy? The skin slid off and left me with this kind of jello feeling stuff in my hand. Absolutely disgusting I took another drink of my warm sour Mountain Dew and threw everything in the trash and left.
To make this worse there was a woman in the black and white striped manager uniform sitting in the first table closest to the cash register who saw the hole thing happen. The people complaining about confusion on their order people waiting for food no ice in the machine me throwing away the food. She just sat there and watched and did nothing except drink her own soda ( what's she must have gotten from the back because she had ice... unlike paying customers)
I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone management and ownership should be ashamed

Ordered mobile. First off, told they were out of ice. Got 2 drinks room temp. Brought the 3 piece combo and tendies meal home. Apparently they were made at lunch. Same temp as the drinks. Room temp. Sides were the same. No straws, napkins, or the sauces we requested. Total fail. Just goto bojangles. This place needs to be shut down!
