Kilwins is such a fun store! The ice cream is phenomenal! My favorite spot to go get a sweet treat after school with friends :) I also am a huge sucker for the fudge.

Went with my daughter we are always welcomed when we walk through the door! The chocolate is amazing and my daughter loves the apple pie apples especially since they cut it for you. We Will be back!

Went here for a late night sweet treat and they did not disappoint! So many choices it was hard to pick, but with help from the wonderful workers I got some amazing ice cream and fudge. The customer service was excellent and made it such a welcoming environment. Would come back!

Did online order of peanut and cashew brittle. The caramel in the peanut brittle was dark brown, this happens when you over cook the sugar mixture. This batch should have been thrown out and not shipped. It was too hard and the taste was cooked out of it. Cashew brittle was perfect so it was easy to compare quality.
Downtown Knox location is so good! The staff is amazing and the treats and ice cream are as well. Much better than any ice cream shop in the area.
Quite good ice cream but the price was insane. It was $30 for two single scoops and one double with two in a cone cup
