Great place for dessert! Its a wonderland of chocolate and ice cream! Great atmosphere and absolutely outstanding customer service. Every employee was so friendly! Ill definitely be back!

I had heard great, amazing things about kilwins, I believed it to be a respectable ice cream and confectionary establishment, but was sorely disappointed when I tried their pecan ice cream. Whatever midwest food prep sweatshop this crap came from did a terrible job of quality control. To say these pecans were rancid is an understatement, they came straight from the bottom of tartarus, so aged they wept and begged for the sweet release of death, tired of their weary lives of living in a frozen substrate. Call me James Brown the way these funky pecans had me grooving, these pecans came off the tree that was in the ark. If the owners care so much to uphold their honor than they should offer a refund.
