Knox Burgers is by far the best burger spot in town! Please tell me you guys will open back up.

This might be my favorite burger joint, now. Calamari apps and chili-laden, perfectly cooked burgers and crispy fries topped off with a creamy milkshake loaded with peanut butter cups... Real good soul healing food. Friendly staff and quick service just make it that much better.

I've been a few times before and it was ok. Ordered take out today and was told 15 minutes since it was busy. 40 minutes later I received about 75% of my order. Fries were not included so they had to cook more, which took another 5 minutes. Had to ask for my milkshake several times between receiving my food and waiting on fries. Eventually, nearly an hour later I left with my entire order. I could also hear a few rude remarks from the kitchen to both the waitresses and about myself. Have not had an experience this bad until now, and I will not be returning.

Knox Burgers has graduated to a restaurant with table service rather than a counter service place. While the servers will refill your drink upon request, if you prefer, you can still get up and refill your drink at the drink station. The menu has expanded to include more items. I ordered a hamburger, fries and a drink. All were excellent and the service was great. We will return.

This place is amazing!! Love Knox burgers AND their seafood. Don’t hesitate to go here. Good people and good service! Love this place. Owners are top notch..... so glad Ernie took over the place a year ago. He’s the best!

We got seated quickly, but the rest was downhill. They didn’t have coke so they brought me a can. No one came to check on us. We didn’t even know who our waitress was. They didn’t remember our order when we only got two burgers. Also, we never got refills on our drinks. We sat there for an hour and never got our check. We ended up have to go up to the front desk to ask for it. Horrible experience.

Unless you like food poisoning and supporting shady business practices (theft, not paying employees, unprofessional management), I would advise to skip this joint and just eat at McDonald's.

terrible place they have not paid employees in weeks, go through employees personal items and steal from them, their food isn't even any good!!! have not gone back here in years but now hate them more for the illegal conduct to their employees!! such bs and hope someone is smart enough to take them to court for this is illegal!!!

We usually get good service and good food here. The last visit, we sat for 20 minutes before someone came to our table to take our order. Over 20 minutes later, we still hadn't received our food, and nobody had to come to check on us. We ended up leaving. I don't know what happened to this place, but the service has really gone downhill.

Waitstaff was friendly. Food was over cooked onion rings were breaded not battered like I was told.

We have always enjoyed Knox Burgers. It had been a while since we went so we were surprised to find it had changed owners and is now more of a sit down restaurant. The food tonight was the best ever! The quality was much better than before. The waitress was really awesome as well. She even opened the door for us as we left. Love them even more!

This is my second time here, and will definitely be my last. My dad and I came because he was in the mood for burgers. We were in the restaurant for 3-4 minutes before the girl behind the counter even looked at us and then continued to make her milkshakes without saying anything to us. Finally another waitress came and seated us. One of the cooks had his fiancé there with their child. His fiancé would randomly start helping customers while carrying her baby around....she was NOT an employee. I know this because she told us while we were waiting. She went to checkout a customer and that lady even asked her if she worked here. Then owner of the restaurant was very rude to a customer on the phone. Then another guy came in to pick up an order he had placed, and the owner flipped out on him because he was placing an order for a customer from Grub Hub. Not a fan with the tone of the owner, and I will not be back.

probably a bad choice of a place to eat. we were there probably an hour and half for lunch. initially it took a while to get our drinks and from thereit only got worse we ordered a hot dog and a fish basket.after waiting 45 minutes and other people getting their food i asked the waitress/ manager what was going on with our order. she checked and told us that there had been a problem with the printer and apologized for the mistake. she said we would have our order in 5 minutes and she would discount the food. 10 minutes later the waitress brought food to our table but it wasnt our food so we had to wait some more finally the food came. the chilli on the hot dog was awful and the fish was overcooked. when the bill came there was no discount. not a great experience. i doubt i will ever go back.

The waitress was good, efficient, and pleasant. The food was mediocre. I ordered the Ballpark Burger and sweet potato Waffle fries. I asked for my burger to be well done, as I do at every burger place, and it was fine until I got almost halfway through, where it wasn't fine. I can't finish eating a burger once I see pink. We looked at the ticket and, sure enough, our waitress had recorded it as requested, which means the cook needs to be retrained on "well done". It's not guess work. The Waffle Fries were overcooked, but they come with a delicious "Chipotle ranch" dipping sauce and it was delicious! I don't normally eat spicy stuff, but I'm glad I tried this. I didn't get to eat all my fries because they were too crispy, but the flavor was good. In the end, the manager wanted to take my meal off but I told her just the burger. My husband had the fried pollock basket with onion rings and he enjoyed it. He said the onion rings were great, although not many (onions aren't expensive so we always wonder why a serving of onion rings is so few). The coleslaw was delicious but too course for his taste. The restroom was clean, so that's a check mark in the good column. So, the fries may be perfect for you, and the coleslaw might be just to your liking, but we probably won't go back.

Let me preface this review by saying I love the food at Knox burgers it's been a tradition for my wife and I to eat there every week. I use to call in my order on my way in from work and go by and pick it up. No more, recently they have changed their policy where they're not taking any more call in orders. I voice my concerns and told them it was a bad decision they would lose my business. That's why I waited several weeks before writing this review they still haven't changed there policy and really don't seem to care so basically my weekly call in order will go to Chop House they have great burger!! They will get my weekly business now sad to say. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR CALL IN POLICY!!!
