If you're a local, you know. If you're from out of town, you'll truly enjoy it. The different cookie dough flavors mixed in with your favorite ice cream and toppings makes it a great dessert place to visit. Owner was very friendly and courteous and the treat was delightfull. We had the chocolate ice cream with chocalate chip cookie dough and butterscotch chips with cheesecake bites.

I live in Florida and visit Tennessee around two times a year. I ALWAYS visit this shop. My absolute favorite thing is their smores flavor and if I ask in advance, they make it for me everytime before I come up! The product is unmatched, super soft, fluffy, and sweet!! The service is always fast and kind. I will never not visit when I make the trip up. Thank you KNOX DOUGH for always being so amazing!!!!

Stopped in on day trip to Knox, power outage in town so saw this place in traffic and pulled in as power came back on…….so happy we noticed, cookie dough on waffle cones or ice cream cones, pizza cones as well, an absolute hidden little gem right on main drag but yet so easily over looked, FANTASTIC service with a smile, WILL BE BACK!

Service was great, employee was willing to make the milkshake the way my picky self wanted it, and milkshake was yummy.
We came here as a group of 8 on a Sunday and I had just seen this place driving by and have always wanted to try edible cookie dough and rolled ice cream. The service was quick and the girls working were quite nice. I decided to combine the two and got the vanilla base with confetti cookie dough with marshmallows and cheesecake bites. I enjoyed being able to watch them make what I ordered and I thought the price was reasonable, especially because of the work they do to make it. I would keep coming back if I lived in the area because it all tasted so good. Some members of our group just got the edible cookie dough and loved it. Overall a cute place and would definitely recommend checking out if you are visiting Knoxville.

This was a real treat! I am not quite the cookie dough person, so I am not including my rating for food, but I am reflecting that of my family that is into this. First, the place is super cute with really friendly and fun staff. They have a nice variety of flavors as well and some nice portion sizes. However, be prepared for this to be close to real cookie dough, but not quite really it. It has a bit different texture due to the lack of eggs, and you can't actually make cookies from it. Now I know that isn't the goal, but some of those ingredients do change the flavor and texture. Overall they did like it, and it's great to try new places and judge for yourself. Go give it a try!

I drive by this everyday picking my son up from daycare. He always asks to stop so this was our sixth time coming. He is four years old, so does not need a full scoop of the cookie dough. I asked the girl like I always have in the past to split it between 2 cups, She told me that it is store policy to not do that and they would not be able to do that for us and that she would give me a cup and I could do it myself I just found it very odd she can’t put half a scoop in each cup like I’ve ordered in the past every time & gave me an attitude. She ended up doing it after I said I’ve never had a problem ordering it like that before. Then felt uneasy sitting there in the dining area with my son. Unfortunately I will not be going back.
