We had the best time visiting this space. Our bartender, shame to us for not catching her name, but she is a rockstar from Georgia and loves some concerts! The cocktail sampler is perfect!! Definitely stop in and say hey!

Rumor has it an awesome man that worked state parks for a long time is a blast to chat with.

The whisky flight is great. It lets you try 13 different items they offer ranging from gin to vodka to whiskey. They also have cocktails you can try either individually or by flight.

The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable, they were also very helpful in giving us tips on good bars, food, and places to visit in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Incredible vibes all around! My girlfriend loved her flight and got a bottle of the coffee liqueur which is AMAZING! Emma and Brandon were absolutely awesome and friendly servers/bartenders.

Amazing bar staff who lead us through their options and made the whole experience pleasant. This was a fun stop with people who felt like friends we hadn't met yet.

Nice little distillery, with good whiskey and other spirits and liqueurs and friendly service.

The whiskey is terrific, don't get me wrong, and I purchased the Rye 95 for $45 leaving pleased.

The bartender, on the other hand, could use a quick refresh on the basic principles of conversational cordiality. Every statement I made was an opportunity for her to question, correct, or diminish my line of thinking in some logical way. Somehow, we ended up at a standstill on random COVID-related social topics, eventually getting lectured by her on the importance of social distancing...

Let's just talk weather and whiskey, shall we?

She is quite knowledgeable on the products and business, so she did well in that regard.

Overall, a cool experience, but will certainly look for other distillers next time I'm in Knoxville.

Their hours are 12:00-7:00pm. We called to see if we could get a whiskey tasting and showed up an hour later @ 2:30 pm. The sign on the door said “at lunch” with no time indicated. We saw her in there through the door on the curtain. She would not answer the door. We tried calling several times. Who arrives at work at noon and then takes a lunch at 2:30 PM?

Good whiskey, great friendly service

This is a must try if you're in the area. The sampling is cheap and good. You will enjoy it. The service is excellent. We were a large loud crowd and the girl was patient and easy going.

Great atmosphere! The cocktail flight is amazing and so is the Old city Sombrero.

My wife and I found Knox Whiskey Works on Google and wanted to check you guys out. I absolutely love going to local Distilleries and purchasing a few bottles to bring home with me.When we arrived we were welcomed. We ordered our Flights. The only information she gave us was exactly what was typed on the menu cards. And from that point on, we were basically ignored unless we interrupt the “server” from the computer. This employee made us (your customers) fell unwelcome. In return, it cost your establishment a sale. Originally, planning on purchasing a couple bottles of the Rye 75 and a bottle of the Dragons Tail.A bad employee turned what could’ve been an almost $400 sale into $10 transaction. We really wish our experience would’ve been better. Especially seeing as we were the only customers at the time. Very disappointing.

Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly group of people who are very dedicated to their product and community. Where else can you find whiskey made from non-GMO heirloom corn gown by Tennessee farmers? You can't get much more "local" than this! Also their spirits are pure, unlike all the major whiskey brands who now add 21% whiskey to neutral gran spirits, sugar, water and artificial dyes, and are allowed to call that whiskey, bourbon, and so on.I use their bourbon to make the best vanilla I have ever tasted. If they would update their water source to spring water, this would definitely be next level.
