My wife and I found Knox Whiskey Works on Google and wanted to check you guys out. I absolutely love going to local Distilleries and purchasing a few bottles to bring home with me.When we arrived we were welcomed. We ordered our Flights. The only information she gave us was exactly what was typed on the menu cards. And from that point on, we were basically ignored unless we interrupt the “server” from the computer.This employee made us (your customers) fell unwelcome. In return, it cost your establishment a sale. Originally, planning on purchasing a couple bottles of the Rye 75 and a bottle of the Dragons Tail.A bad employee turned what could’ve been an almost $400 sale into $10 transaction. We really wish our experience would’ve been better. Especially seeing as we were the only customers at the time. Very disappointing.

Very nice and friendly staff dedicated to ensuring you have a great experience. Very affordable drinks and flights. I recommend getting the mini cocktail flight to try the varieties but their coffee based cocktail is superb. The one downside to this location is how small it is! It can get filled up with little room to sit and enjoy, but this does make the interactions with other patrons and staff more enjoyable.

Very knowledgeable, polite,friendly group of people who are very dedicated to their product and community. Where else can you find whiskey made from non-GMO heirloom corn gown by Tennessee farmers?You can't get much more "local" than this! Also their spirits are pure, unlike all the major whiskey brands who now add 21% whiskey to neutral gran spirits, sugar, water and artificial dyes, and are allowed to call that whiskey, bourbon, and so on.I use their bourbon to make the best vanilla I have ever tasted.If they would update their water source to spring water, this would definitely be next level.

You must go here if you are in town. Great hospitality. The customer service was 5 star. The staff is super knowledgeable about the variety of spirits they sell and walks you through the flights. The prices are reasonable. Located a short walking distance from many "downtown" Knoxville shops and restaurants.

My wife picked this place as a date night pre dinner spot. I was definitely skeptical as we have done the major distillery tours ( Jack Daniel's, Buffalo Trace, Bulleit, etc ) in the past. While KWW doesn't have the history that some of the others do, it definitely doesn't disappoint in the tasting aspect. We had Emma as our tour guide & she informed us that she was quite nervous bc this was her 1st tour on her own. This young lady did an amazing job on informing us as to how KWW does their distilling. She was very knowledgeable on every bottle they sold. They offer like a 13 item flight tasting when you book a tour so expect to walk out with a buzz! I was also very surprised at the Gin they distill as it was very smooth w/o the taste of a fresh Christmas Tree! .....We definitely plan on returning to have a few beverages at the bar & bringing a few bottles home. We only live about 8 miles South of KWW & plan on bringing some friends with us on our next visit.

If you're ever in Knoxville, TN, you need to stop in at Knox Whiskey Works. It's a small whiskey tasting room where you can select flights of whiskey to taste or flights of cocktails. I walked in and was immediately greeting by Jordan and Amanda and a couple of patrons, Josh and Kristie. They were trying to solve a puzzle on the wall and offered to buy my drink if I could solve it. Needless to say my drinks were free and I made some new friends for the evening. I enjoyed the company, the conversation, and the drinks were very good. The whiskeys are very smooth and they have a wide selection of whiskey, gin and vodka and a few mixers. I will definitely go back there when I make a return visit to Knoxville.
