Talked to a a lady employee on the phone and she told me I would have hot ready donuts by time I was there. When I got there at 7:30 donuts were cold and service was terrible saying "bread gets cold fast". Never come back to this place. Recommend getting donuts somewhere else

Always out of certain doughnuts, every single morning. No cinnamon rolls. No matter what day or time, they never have any available....
Everything was mislabeled, they pretty much only had original glazed, and when asked about the maple donuts, the clerk was rude and snapped "No!" back at us. Definitely will not be back. Absolutely abhorrent service.

We stopped in on NYE early in the afternoon. The short lady with black hair & glasses was horribly rude. She was snippy and seemed like she hated her job. Because of her we left without ordering anything. Also, we couldn't hear or understand her because she was wearing a mask which made communication difficult. Next time, we will go to a locally owned business that actually appreciates customers coming in.
Very rude staff
When we went through the drive thru today we had a horrendous experience. We had to repeat the order multiple times to two different workers. It was extremely frustrating. Then, when we arrived at the window, the worker tried to start a fight with my husband. He was saying, “You good bro? You good? You sure you’re good? You sure bro?” Acting like a high schooler trying to start a fight. And then after everything, repeating the order multiple times, they still get the order wrong. We are extremely disappointed with this interaction.

You won’t eat a finer doughnut than a hot Krispy Kreme right off the donut parade! It literally melts in your mouth. You can eat too many of them when they’re hot and then an hour later you may regret what you just did! In my opinion, the best donut in town is a Krispy Kreme hot-donut!

Had to leave the service unrated bc unfortunately i was too early this stop but i will say this. Ive eaten here dozens upon dozen stops here my entire life.
You see, me pap was a pretty high ranking officer in the Tennessee national guard and was stationed at the 278th cavalry post on sutherland ave just a hop skip and a jump on up the road so it was great for literally everyone at the armory bc me paps would buy a couple dozen everytime we stopped and i can still remember going to work with him some days and him lighting up his cigarette and sitting straight and proud because he knew how much kids and soldiers loved some krispy kreme dog nuts and he was about to be the morning dog nut hero ! But the best part was sneaking one or two of the hot, straight out the oven and dippend in icing ones ?. ( dont know who started the dog nut thing but the context is that we loved them and not derrogatory whatsoever)
