It was a first shift when I went for a caramel iced coffee and they gave me got coffee with ice in the top melted hardly any Carmel, the donuts were hard and that's the 1st time I'd ever been to this Krispy Kreme and received terrible food and service.

Donuts were great. Coffee is sub par in my opinion. Not the employees fault though just the product offered. If Krispy Kreme wants to join the coffee market I wish they would take it a bit more serious and step up their game. That said I don't go there for their coffee anyway it's all about them donuts! Incompetent workers who act like they can’t hear through their headset, even though I kept repeating myself. Literally sounded like they were completely out of it.
Also, they told me that they don’t have any Halloween donuts.. and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for one, even though there’s a variety of Halloween donuts listed on their screen. 🙄
I was at your location yesterday about 2 pm heading home to va i got 2 dozen mixed 1 dozen glazed and 24 pack donut holes when I got home and the family started eat the mixed donuts the filling in the original cream was not there and 3 of the raspberry didn't even have a teaspoon of raspberry ( Not Good ) very dissatisfied

Christian didn't help us but was very pleasant and greeted us as we came in. Can't remember the lady's name that helped us, she was very pleasant and made a very delicious coffee drink for us.
