It was a first shift when I went for a caramel iced coffee and they gave me got coffee with ice in the top melted hardly any Carmel, the donuts were hard and that's the 1st time I'd ever been to this Krispy Kreme and received terrible food and service.

Donuts were great. Coffee is sub par in my opinion. Not the employees fault though just the product offered. If Krispy Kreme wants to join the coffee market I wish they would take it a bit more serious and step up their game. That said I don't go there for their coffee anyway it's all about them donuts! Give em all to me! 😆

Christian didn't help us but was very pleasant and greeted us as we came in. Can't remember the lady's name that helped us, she was very pleasant and made a very delicious coffee drink for us.
