The doors were locked when the restaurant was supposed to be open, which was frustrating. The drive-through is also difficult to navigate, adding to the inconvenience.

Customer service was okay once I was helped, but the initial access issues set the tone. The parking lot has plenty of space, though it could use some maintenance.

Overall, accessibility and layout problems make this location more frustrating than it should be.

Krystals has declined over the years. It isn't the best value. Sometimes the food quality is not as good and especially I've noticed the breakfast isnt as good. I used to live the sunrisers but last few times I went they weren't very good or fresh. Definitely doesn't seem worth the price. The only plus side is that the western location is 24 hours so when I'm needing something late at night it is at least an option for me though I don't usually prefer to go there unless I have no other option and need something to eat.

This was by and far the worst experience I have ever had at a Krystal. This restaurant had about five people inside and one car in the drive thru. We waited at the speaker about five minutes to order, and then when we got to the window they had it propped open and everyone inside was freaking out about being so busy. We finally got our food after probably fifteen total minutes of waiting and everything was wrong. They didn’t give us three of our burgers but gave one we hadn’t ordered. I went inside for the replacements and we left. Every single item we got was disgusting. Mayonnaise and ketchup were all over all of the buns, and WAY too much had been used. We spent about thirty dollars to wait a while and receive inedible food. And of course they didn’t put a receipt in the bag. Go figure.

Overpriced for what I ordered. 4 krystals meal 10nbucks but yet the food was cold and not satisfactory at all even after waiting 15 min for it. I definitely won't be back to krystals this is ridiculous

So disappointed... only person there. Drive through to get a few Krystals for my craving. They each looked like they had been juggled. Meat and overly soggy bread, NO onions, mustard or pickle on any of them.
They need to close this nasty place down !😡

we where the only ones here and went through drive thru. the fashier had us drive back around to the front to wait on our food. only to have her not only forget our drink she left out half
the food. no receipt offered. dont understand why they were so slow. it took over 30minutes just to get our food.

So I'm updating my experience.... Took almost a month to get a response... And the guy below me said the manager sent him free food in his email.... I got nothing.... So this is your second strike that I won't go back.... How can I give you another chance if you don't treat me like the rest of your customers....
