So disappointed... only person there. Drive through to get a few Krystals for my craving. They each looked like they had been juggled. Meat and overly soggy bread, NO onions, mustard or pickle on any of them. They need to close this nasty place down !😡

we where the only ones here and went through drive thru. the fashier had us drive back around to the front to wait on our food. only to have her not only forget our drink she left out half the food. no receipt offered. dont understand why they were so slow. it took over 30minutes just to get our food.

So I'm updating my experience.... Took almost a month to get a response... And the guy below me said the manager sent him free food in his email.... I got nothing.... So this is your second strike that I won't go back.... How can I give you another chance if you don't treat me like the rest of your customers....

I went to the crystals on Broadway and the person making my food had long hair with and was touching my burgers and my buns with no gloves on and covid-19 is going around I said do you want me to remake it why would I want you to remake it when I'm calling you out for not wearing gloves while touching food and my husband said no I don't want it so if anybody's going to order don't just think everything's okay with it cuz there's people there that's touching food with no gloves on dude and no hair net to cover their hair from falling off in the food.

Really bad the service was horrible the employee who had helped me was rude and got my order wrong and they had no condiments also saw some sort of bug in the dinning area

The female cashier & male cook were both friendly and they appreciated the $1.00 tip I gave each of them, but I'm quite disappointed that I didn't receive drink (didn't realize it until I was on 1-75) and then when I got to hotel I found 2nd fry missing (it's not on receipt so someone didn't pay attention when I asked for it). Also the 4 combo had cheese altho I asked for no cheese. Why can't employees pay attention? My order was not complicated. I luv Krystals & we don't have one in my city so I hate posting something semi-negative, but mgmt needs to know what goes on in their stores. Thank you!

The worst experience I ever had at a fast food place! This was my first time here and I was excited to try it until I picked up my order and everything was wrong! The kids working there we’re so clueless and rude, and they just looked shocked and confused the whole time that somebody was upset that half of their order was missing and everything else was not even what we ordered and cold! I tossed the entire bag in the trash and wasted my entire lunch hour on this trashy place! Run!!!!!!!!!!!!
