It's been a long since I have been to a Krystal so I was very excited to go to this one. I went Thursday morning (7/24 around 1 am ) and the food was fresh and excellent. It was so good that I went this morning (7/25 around 2 am) and the difference was night and day. The second time seemed like the food had been under a warmer for way too long and just seemed old. and stale. Nothing like the first night. The management needs to focus on quality consistency.
If I was the manager I would keep an eye on the crew that worked Friday morning at the time mentioned above because they are doing your restaurant a huge disservice.

First off, this is the filthiest Krystal I've ever been in. It was worse than London KY. Very dated store. The air was not working, and bathrooms were disgusting. Everything was grimy and sticky dirty.
The Krystals were soggy to the point I couldn't eat them. Fries were cold. I honestly couldn't eat them. The lady who took my order was very polite.

It's Krystal's. Everybody loves and knows the little square burgers. Drive thru was quick and accurate. Cashier was nice. Had my blood in about 3 minutes. I love a Krystal dipped in mustard.

Even though it was close to closing in the dining room I was treated with great service and great atmosphere food was ready in a timely fashion day down and enjoyed the meal didn't feel like I was rushed so they could close the doors I understand it was late but overall it was a great experience.
Came inside to order, no one was around workers or customers. Stood there for almost 8 minutes before a worker came out to take our order. Worker was not friendly or helpful with any questions we had. Took a seat in the filthy lobby and waited for almost 15 minutes before finally getting our order. Once again we were the only customers in the store. The Krystal’s were so cold they could’ve been in the refrigerator. The cheese didn’t even melt because they were so cold. My husband’s order - double with bacon and cheese wasn’t correct. He took it back to the counter and explained to the employee who said they would remake it. They bring out again the wrong order and these even have chili on them. He gives up and decides just to leave because they didn’t seem to care anything about making our order correct or fresh. Don’t waste your time or money at this location!

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. That was the only good thing. The food was very salty. The dining room was dirty. There were was only a couple clean tables, and there was food and garbage on floor under the tables. There's a chair on top of 1 of the tables. This was my 1st visit to 1 of your locations and it will most likely be my last.
