The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. That was the only good thing. The food was very salty. The dining room was dirty. There were was only a couple clean tables, and there was food and garbage on floor under the tables. There's a chair on top of 1 of the tables. This was my 1st visit to 1 of your locations and it will most likely be my last.

If I could give a negative number I would !!! This place is a joke do not order food from any delivery service from here it is now 10:51pm and I had to meet my door dasher here because the very rude, hateful, and incompetent manager supposedly gave my order out to someone! My dasher called and told me this and that she was told oh well I gave it out already, I had to call 6 times!!!! Before the manager would even answer the phone and then she proceeded to yell and say I gave it away there is nothing I can or will do! I always have issues with this place and I always try to give them the benefit of doubt and think well maybe they have the stuff together now and ever time it’s a big fail! Me and the door dasher figured out a work around and I’m currently waiting on my food but this is because of her NOT the horrible staff that works this location at night! Edit: they refused to make a new order so I am having to go to another location to get food

This is my first time stoping by Krystal. This location opened late and had drive thru with friendly and fast service. My server was really nice helping me order when I said this was my first time here. The hot dog and slider tasted juicy. The small size was great for extra meal after dinner and the price was really cheap.

I’m crazy about a Krystal. That place was crazy busy at 1 am after the Vols beat Florida in OT. We were craving some Krystal burgers. Tried the chicken too and the spicy was no joke! They cook the hot sauce into the batter. Whooo weeee. The staff was overwhelmed but they did an amazing job of moving the folks along. Even saw them politely and without issue fix an order that I guess was incorrect. Go Krystal and go Vols!

Order through doordash my krystals were cold cold I called at the store and the gentleman told me I needed to keep my krystals and receipt and bring them back in order for him to replace it I was not trying to replace my whole order just the krystals everything else was fine I'm at work and hungry he expected me to eat only tater tots and bring my food back whenever I come back.. that was rude and now I am requesting my whole meal replaced this is ridiculous
I wasn't going to leave a review about the cold burgers we received until we heard an employee (pretty sure she was the manager) tell a group of 6 or 7 linemen/ utility workers who came in to order around 10:15pm, Saturday 9/28/2024, that they could order food but couldn't eat inside. She had her family sitting in the dining room and there was a large sign in the window that said "Dining Room Open." With the amount of hard work, long hours, and nonstop dedication to helping others in need throughout the impacts of this hurricane I truly do not understand how this employee could tell these guys they had to take the food and eat it somewhere else. I'm not sure if they ordered or not after what she said, but if we did not already order and eat, we would have left without ordering anything after witnessing that.

Every single time we order out they give us the wrong stuff to the point that I think they just don’t feel like making the food we ordered. Asked for fries and we received tots, asked for milk shake and they sent large sprites. This is every time. Every. Single. Time. Wanted donut holes and they gave us an old apple fritter because I guess they didn’t feel like making the donut holes? Lazy.

Christina and Matt and the morning cook are the superstars of this place. Food is always hot and good. Best part is they are open 24 hours to get your munchies on.
