Food was subpar, Had to reorder my food due to then getting it wrong, and staff appeared irritated due to their own error.

This store is nasty as hell and it stinks so bad when you first walk in. A dirty mop bucket full of dirty water was right in the front of the door when you first walk in. My husband and I are traveling and we always love to catch a Krystals if we can. Never have we experienced this mess! The bathrooms are disgusting! Shut this location down!! SMH

Went around midnight. Line was long but worth the wait. Cashier/Cook was mutli-tasking, very patient, and was getting those orders out in a timely manner! Will definitely be back!

I went to the drive-thru, I ordered a 24 Krystal Steamer box. I paid for my order, which costs $34 🙄, knowing I would have to wait I was fine with that. I pulled over to one of the side parking spaces. I waited. The lady brought the order to my car. She said enjoy they are fresh. Getting home to Clinton, my husband wanted to eat immediately. Every burger in the box looked like they were crumbled up and crammed in there little boxes, oh and not a one of them had pickles, but loads of onions😡 I only chose this store because it was on my way from west Knoxville. Never again.

Picking up a delivery. Order wasn’t even started until everyone inside the place was served, staff rude, place unclean, this was NOT fast food, it was 20 minutes later food.
Everything was okay but they did mess up my plain cheese Krystal's and my junkyard tots with no Ranch!

It's been a long since I have been to a Krystal so I was very excited to go to this one. I went Thursday morning (7/24 around 1 am ) and the food was fresh and excellent. It was so good that I went this morning (7/25 around 2 am) and the difference was night and day. The second time seemed like the food had been under a warmer for way too long and just seemed old. and stale. Nothing like the first night. The management needs to focus on quality consistency.
If I was the manager I would keep an eye on the crew that worked Friday morning at the time mentioned above because they are doing your restaurant a huge disservice.

First off, this is the filthiest Krystal I've ever been in. It was worse than London KY. Very dated store. The air was not working, and bathrooms were disgusting. Everything was grimy and sticky dirty.
The Krystals were soggy to the point I couldn't eat them. Fries were cold. I honestly couldn't eat them. The lady who took my order was very polite.
