I ordered a bacon biscuit with extra bacon what I got was a burnt mess! I.take it back in to the store and the man was rude, he was mad.i brought it back. Why would you.give this mess.to.anybody? You charge premium price for substandard food and substandard service! I won't stop here anymore

MANAGER VICKIE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! We've tried since Friday to get someone to replace our completely wrong and messed up order with responses from other employees I can't wake my manager and I don't want to lose my job or just out right tell us it's not their problem should've went some place else. I get things happen and one or two mistakes no biggie, but NOT AN ENTIRE ORDER! So we go to the location and actually just left from speaking to VICKIE who said I know for a fact your whole order was not wrong and I will not replace it. You can have your tots and fries remade and that is all. First off we never ordered fries and we said nothing about fries at all. There was an order of chili cheese tots and an order of junkyard tots that were completely messed up. Both had nothing but ranch drenched on them and a couple pieces of bacon and there was only a small handful of tots in the container. They need to retrain this person or find someone else to take her place.

Went to Krystal’s on strawberry plains Pk to get food for the family we needed 48 Krystal’s but the manager told us that he had 3 call outs and only had one grill open and he wasn’t making anymore for the night at 6:30pm you can’t make anymore food? Very unprofessional and bad service.

This place has the worst service imaginable. I pulled into the drive thru around 9pm and immediately recieved an "I'm sorry it's going to be about a 15 minute wait for krystals" I said I would wait. And then got an exasperated sigh. Don't lie to me. Just say you want to close and go home.

Needs new management. The blonde 20+ year old woman who works evenings is very rude. I asked her a question over the intercom and she said "what do you think is in it it has mustard and onions" plus their milkshake machine has been broken for over 2 years now with no plan of repair. I love Krystal restaurants but this one is a proven nightmare in the community and anyone who lives around here avoids it.

I ordered 8 cheese Krystal cheese, 2 classic chiks, 3 medium fries.
I got SPICY chiks. Two fries were red containers and one was in a larger yellow container. My mother's chiks were so hard around the edges ,that it was not even edible
I called the location to mention this and was told I could come back and he would make me 2 chiks. I mentioned they could focus on the order if they weren't busy throwing stuff at each other. He hung up on me.

I live in North Carolina on the East Coast and we do not have any Krystal restaurants. So I'm always happy when I visit family in Tennessee and get a chance to eat at Krystal's!
This is one of the locations I stop by, And I was really disappointed in the state of the bathroom.... They always say don't eat at a restaurant with a dirty bathroom.... But I did order haha
The one bathroom stall / toilet was disgusting.... And there were three people working. Two girls and a guy. When I went in there was no one in the lobby so it wasn't like they didn't have time to go clean the bathroom....
The other bathroom stall (handicap one) although clean-ish had no lock on the door so it just kept opening while I was in there.
The food was made quickly and was okay. They barely had any onions or mustard on them. Mainly most of them had a pickle and maybe two pieces of onion.
They could do much better at this location. If maybe the Crew would stop flirting an actually run the restaurant.
I visited on Friday October 11th, / afternoon between the hours of 5:00 -7pm
Also professionalism was a little bit lacking as in the guy taking the order was pretty unfriendly. To customers at least.
