Waited extremely long time for the food in the drive thru. Then the food wasn't good at all. The fries looked and tasted like they had been recooked 10 times. The burger buns were mushy and very nasty and haf so much mustard that's pretty much all you could taste.

My family and I were traveling back home to NC. We don't have any Krystals, so we decided to stop to treat ourselves to something new. As soon as we walked in, the smell of rotten meat hit my nose. The 2 guys I saw working there, looked disheveled. I quickly left while my husband and daughter had a bathroom experience they'll never forget. As I was waiting for them to come out, I saw a young woman with a case of hard Mountain Dew. She took it behind the counter, so I wonder if that's how they'll make it through the rest of their shift. My daughter had to choose between a brown stained toilet seat or a broken door latch. My husband thought he had walked into the bathroom of the 1st Saw movie. Thankfully he didn't have to cut off his foot, but he couldn't wash his hands. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the past 40 years.

We stopped on our way from Nashville to NC and immediately walked right out. The restaurant and order counter area were filthy and the whole place smelled like there was a stove gas leak. The bathroom was perhaps the worst I've ever been in on the road. Very disappointed because we dont have Krystal near us in NC and this was going to be a treat but we did not want to eat anything from a place kept in this condition.

25 minutes so far to get a sack full of 24 krystals.drive thru only doing 1 order at a time and then having them park at front of store so there not sitting on their timer.no one inside building as lobby is empty. What's going on krystals??????
They messed the order up so bad,it's now been 45 minutes and they are totally clueless and still waiting..the epitome of fast food

The manager was rude as crap and the inside of the restaurant stinks and was unclean. Behind the counter there were old French fries and wrappers on the floor also
Went there for my 30 minute lunch, ordered the 2 mini chicken sandwich combo with an extra cheese Krystal. Spent my whole lunch pulled up waiting for my food. Near the end of my lunch a server came out and gave me a bag with just the cheese crystal in it and said they were waiting for the chicken to cook. Ended up having to leave with less than half my meal to clock in. You shouldn't open up your business next to a place that has 30 minute lunches for employees if you can't cook 2 tiny chicken patty in less than 30 minutes

Came here for the first time today from out of state. We love White Castle so we thought it'd be fun to try Krystal. Cashier was mean because we placed an online order. Guess those are too difficult for him. Then he told us to pull up to the door for our food to be brought out to us. That's totally fine, we can wait. But then a woman came out with our food yelling that we didn't drive around to the other side of the building to the other doors. We just pulled up to the door by the drive thru, because that made more common sense than the opposite side of the building. Then we ate. Food was terrible. Like really, really bad. Like lunch ladies at a prison made our lunch. Don't eat here unless you want crappy food made by crappy people. Goodbye forever Krystal!
