Legitimately the worst fast food management I’ve ever encountered. The place is filthy. Manager doesn’t know what she’s doing and does not care. Staff extremely unmotivated. No southern hospitality here.Parking: Big, empty lot that never gets cleaned. Krystal trash blowing around into the streets daily.

I'm a local and wanted a biscuit for breakfast. Saw Krystal had 2 for $5 special. Ordered the 2 biscuits and the cashier gave me a total of over $8. I questioned her and said I had to ask for the special price cause the register doesn't know the special. I was thinking that she was the one who needed to know and enter the special price. Especially when I ordered 2 biscuits. She corrected the price and I went home for breakfast. I have included a pic of what I received and both biscuits looked this way; burnt black. Both the biscuit and bacon. For those of you who wonder why restaurants are closing this is why. Extremely expensive food, bad service and bad quality. What cook or employee would send this out to a customer. Way to go Krystals.

I ordered the number 1 meal Combo.It is 4 Krystal, Coke, and a small Fries ?.The Krstals were old and dried out.You have to go through drive thru.Don't waste your money at the Krystal on HWY 66 Sevierville, Tennessee Exit 407 Interstate 40.

DONT SHOW UP TO WORK IF YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB @ the lady in drive thru at 12:55pm on Sunday February 18th. Did not give a receipt, so I don’t have her name. No reason to have an attitude while taking my order nor rushing. When we get to the window she had the worst attitude and didn’t even give us our whole order.

This place is terrible I’ll never order from here again ordered my food got it 45 minutes later then I was told I would get it and when I call the restaurant the workers had a bad attitude and told me my food had been sitting there for a while and told me I had to figure it out with the delivery driver when I didn’t use any app or anything I ordered directly through the company! Horrible experience 60 bucks through straight in the garbage because the food was ice cold. When I called and asked about it the lady that answered it was making it seem like it was my fault I ordered my food from them and not anywhere else

We were passing through on our way home from Ky. We couldn't go in because the doors were locked. As a result, we ordered through the drive through. The food was horrible! I got the spicy chicken minis. They were hard as a rock! It was as if the chicken had an outer hard shell, then within the shell was a tiny rock hard piece of chicken. It looked days old! Don't waste your time or money!

Me and my boyfriend went there today and got some food. My boyfriend order 5 Krystal’s with ketchup and cheese only. We pull up to the window and sit and wait for at least 10 minutes until the window opens. We get our food and his Krystal’s have no ketchup on them and are smothered in onions. We pull around and the lady goes “well they’re cooked in onions but let me go get my manager”. He walks up to the window, slings it open and says “where da food at”. We hand it to him and we watch him take the Krystal’s out of the bag, scrape the ketchup off and add ketchup. He then slings the door back open and hands us the food, slams it back all because my boyfriend got the wrong food and asked nicely for the right food. Will never go back and I suggest you don’t because they are extremely rude.

Inconsistent hours...always out of KRYSTALS...order diet coke..give you regular coke and tell you it was diet...how does Krystals run out of krystals..they dont...staff to lazy to fix anymore...cause they had cleaned up and wanted to go home early..about e hours early.
