Initially when ordering they messed up the order. They did replace it with fresh food but it took some time to actually get the new food. The coke was very watered down due to the syrup being low but that was replaced. The Krystal burger seemed to have been sitting for sometime. Overall the food was not bad for the price paid. After eating the restrooms were not disgusting but still needed attention. 2 out of 5 most likely would avoid this location next time.

Quick bite to eat and was rather tasty. A day out with my nieces and this satisfied the hunger. Haha Went thru the drive thru which was fast and the clerk at the window was quick .

Good little burgers just wish Krystal's still made their burgers like they did back in the early to mid 80's where the buns were toasted. They tasted even better than they do now.

The Krystal's on Lovell Road always has the freshest breakfast. The bacon is crunchy, as it's supposed to be. The eggs are fresh and not rubbery. And, the bread is soft. Not to mention everytime I've been there, the drive-thru person seems to really like people! So, what I'm saying to you is, of you want to start your day off with a delicious breakfast and nice people, stop by the Krystal's on Lovell Road!

Waited almost 10 minutes still didn't have food . No one was even in front of us on line . We ended up cancelling the order and asking for a refund . The place was not clean . Very disappointing. We walked to a nearby restaurant and ordered, received our food and left in the same time it took the guy at Krystal's to decide to come back to the register to take our order .

If I could give it zero, I would. Krystal must be really cracking down on the number of employees working at a time. Manager working counter, drive thru, and cooking. I understand holding each person accountable for a certain job, but one guy!? Wasn't even acknowledged that my wife and I were standing at the counter for 10 minutes. An older gentleman came in and he said he was a local and it had gotten bad there. He, along with ourselves walked out. I'm not sure how they stay in business...
I've eaten Krystals a lot and I even have a Krystal's hat and the man who took our order was named Isaac and he is the nicest person I've came across at a Krystals and I believe Krystals needs more people like him.

On my way from Bowling Green Kentucky to Roanoke Virginia looking for something to eat. When I saw the sign for Krystal's I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. As usual good food good atmosphere and friendly employees.
