This was a terrible experience, the food was cold and not edible. I had placed a mobile Order and my ticket stated it would be ready at 10:21pm. When I arrived at the drive through I was told that there had been a shift change and to hold. When I was greeted I advised of mobile order and was told to drive forward. The drive through line was moving very slow. By the time I made it to the window and got my food it had been made and was just sitting there while they cleared the drive through line. The employee was unapologetic and stated there was a shift change and she was unsure when it was made but offered no solution. I understand this is fast food but for what you pay for Krystal now , it should at least be hot ! Terrible service and terrible location.

Ordered a 12 pack and two medium fries paid $24.00. All of the Krystals except were old and burnt. The fries were fresh. No one would answer the phone.

Waited a good 15 minutes thinking I didn't care since my sack full of 12 would be fresh. I found the fries were fresh when I got home but the burgers were awful and cold They had a funny taste and the edges of the bread were hard and not edible. I told the lady at the window while I was waiting how far I drove to get to that particular restaurant. I ended up throwing them all away after I tried 2. They all felt like they were warmed up in the microwave and had been there since earlier in the day. Krystal is done there awful and I will never go to any of them ever. I paid over 20.00 for old leftover hard burgers..
Burger was good chili made us all sick gave some to the dog and he threw up too .. that's not a joke don't eat that chili

Absolutely ridiculous so called worker , took a cold corn dog back 3 times for a new one and he kept handing the same one back , why cause I marked it so I could tell . This Krystal's workers all they do is stand outside and smoke
