It is 4:45pm on Oct. 28,2020 at the Millertown Krystal in Knoxville Tn. I just wanted to give a shout to the drive thru Attendant for being so kind. And my good was served very quickly. Most drive thru services elsewhere are a bit rude but she was exemplary. Thanks!

This Krystal's restaurant was very dirty and nasty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The customer service was even worse. I ordered chili cheese fries and on a chili cheese fries there was no chili I had to pay 250 for extra chili!!! I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to speak with me the cashier that was taking my order was rude to the kids because they couldn't make them mind up but there was no line behind us and when he ordered a milkshake it was the wrong kind and all we asked was for them to make it the right kind and they tried to charge us for it... If anyone is thinking about going to this Krystal's Restaurant I would recommend for you not to go the one on Strawberry Plains is much better the customer service there is much better and cleaner hope hope this helps every one
The food was old and greasy. Wasn't hot...$17.00 for food that was disgusting. We will not return this is the 4th time at this location.

This was a terrible experience, the food was cold and not edible. I had placed a mobile Order and my ticket stated it would be ready at 10:21pm. When I arrived at the drive through I was told that there had been a shift change and to hold. When I was greeted I advised of mobile order and was told to drive forward. The drive through line was moving very slow. By the time I made it to the window and got my food it had been made and was just sitting there while they cleared the drive through line. The employee was unapologetic and stated there was a shift change and she was unsure when it was made but offered no solution. I understand this is fast food but for what you pay for Krystal now , it should at least be hot ! Terrible service and terrible location.
