Without a doubt the worst fast food in Knoxville. 1) how in the world does Krystal’s not have Krystal’s ready? 2) pull up for me and we’ll have your 5 Krystal’s out to you in 22 minutes……. 22 minutes to cook 5 pieces of meat that are .2 millimeters thick? Just give them to me raw and I’ll cook them with my cigarette lighter! Place is absolutely horrible!

Put in order through app food was below standards took inside for refund was refused to be given one told to do it through app after putting complaint through app was contacted by General Manager Krystal she was rude unhelpful seem aggravated also aggressive tone offered no solution was told their isn’t anyone I could contact above her to help resolve situation reached out to SPB hospitality hoping for better results when they reach out

Terrible service. Had to wait 15 mins for my Krystal burgers. I was the only customer there the entire time. It is disappointing that the food cost more then most fast food compared to the size and then we have to wait so long to get it.

I should have taken pictures. I’ve never eaten Krystal and decided to try. Ordered the #1 and the fries were great. The meat for the burgers, however, looked completely wrong. It almost looked like sausage patties, it was super gross and definitely not hamburger meat. If it was, super super expired. I reluctantly tried a bite and immediately spit it out, threw my order away, and left Krystal burger, never to return. Again, I wish I would’ve snapped pictures.
We both got the new (saw on commercial) $4.99 two Krystal, fries and drink special. The food was fresh and delicious. This new 2 Krystal meal is perfect for us seniors on a fixed budget and as well as it's the perfect portions. Thank you for this! The young lady at the window was really nice and did her job well. We went through drive through and took our order quickly and got our order right. It was not a busy time of day and we were the only customers that moment. They had to make us fries fresh and we waited just a minute or so but we'll worth it for hot fresh fries. Very happy overall.

I ordered 8 crystals plain a medium fry and a medium drink and the total came out to 32 dollars and still didn’t even receive my medium fry. I also waited 25 minutes with only 2 other cars there and the food didn’t even taste good.
