Order my food at 5:40 here it is 6:07 they gave my food away to another car and I went and asked for the manager and told him can I get something for this inconvenience that they did he was a smart azz and said I wasn't getting nothing my order in it's way and don't recommend anyone eat here on Clinton hwy his name is MichealIf I could put negative stars I definitely would worst experience ever

Been a regular at this location for 20+ years. My last 4 visits. First visit , I was asked to pull to the side and they would bring my food out. After about 10 minutes they bring out the wrong order which I didn't realize until I got home (my fault for not checking). Second visit , I was told to pull to the side and they would bring it out to me. After about 35 minutes I just left. Even after I had already paid. Third visit , I was told it would be about 20 minutes (I left). Fourth visit , I was told it would be 25-30 minutes. Both times I was told that before I even ordered so maybe I was just getting a drink. I left. Im sure I will be back at some point but will not be for a while. And like everything else Krystals are not a very good value anymore.

If I could give a zero I would. Here from out of town and so excited to see a Krystal. We haven't had one in our area in years. Sit at the drive thru speaker and after 5 minutes of sitting there say "hello" twice. Give up and going to drive up to the window. There's a van there been there at the window so long they have even turned their van off. Sit there for 5 more minutes. Give up and go inside. Wait in there for 12 more minutes. Employees sitting in the lobby on their phones. One of which has a GUN in the back of his waist band. One in the kitchen scrolling their phone while making food. Other employees are standing around. I see not one person with a headset. So maybe that answers why our order was never taken. I've been a restaurant manager for 15 years and had second hand embarrassment for this establishment. You should be ashamed and embarrassed. If you don't like your job then go get another one real simple.

First the service and the person that took my order was very rude. Then, after getting my food it was made wrong and then I was told I didn't order it right after showing the receipt to the gentleman. It was wrung upright and then the second time. The bread was hard and the hot dog was cold. Went to the Clinton highway location cause. I thought it would be better service and better food than the Broadway location or Western location.

Had a craving for some Crystal burgers, and ordered a bunch of burgers ended up spending almost $60; for 2 people ! Food was good, but I wouldn't call it FAST FOOD... it took almost 15 minutes, but they did get the order right !
