I’ve been going to Crystal for years for breakfast for the senior breakfast and adding some extras this morning. I paid $14 for Crystal breakfast, which is ridiculous but the girl who works there works her butt off. She’s the only one there she gets the food out to you it’s not her fault about the prices, but I have decided not to eat here anymore food is too expensive for a small fast food restaurant . I understand now why so many crystals are closing

Ordered online got to the store and they told us it would be "awhile go ahead and park" went in to check and was still told it would be awhile...while asking this a comment was made by an employee that we could go and cook it our damn selves at home. When asking for a more defined time of when the order would be ready told it would take 30 to 40 minutes...asked for a refund and told by the manager Mike that he didn't know how to do that and he doesn't have the time to do it we would have to "find a way to do it online" worse customer service I have ever seen

Went through drive through this afternoon around maybe 3ish or so. Ordered 2 Krystal with cheese. They were cold. Tasted like they had sat for a while. The cheese was cold and not melted. Just was craving a nice warm cheese Krystal only to be disappointed. I know I'm not the big spender, but still deserved better than what I got. Unfortunately, I will probably drive out of my way to another Krystal so to not have this happen again. So sorry for this review, but hopefully in my post there will be action to improve on preparation.

Worst experience ever I’m been there 2 times I’m vegan well I ordered 3 burgers with no meat just cheese & mayonnaise well they kept getting my order wrong I ended up paying 35$ in burgers before they got my order right

I waited at the front counter for almost 15 minutes before anyone came up to help me. This was despite the person in the back calling for someone to come up front a couple times. There are two people in the back. Mike and another neither came up front. Finally after the person in the back walked over there and said hey you have people up front someone came out to help us. By then there was three or four of us in line.
I ate the chili. It was great. I went back up to get a refill on the coke waited another 10 minutes there is another person behind me. Someone came from the back one of the cooks and filled my Coke I said thank you and they walked away without saying a word and completely ignored the other person who was waiting there to get a refill as well.
Horrible service. I realized they were taking in deliveries in the back but I hardly think that's a reason to neglect customers or an excuse for poor customer service.
Paying customers should take priority over a bread vendor. The food may be good or great or amazing but if the service isn't there we won't come back.

The price of the food is outrageous for what you get. Employees are typically nice but it's not worth the price. 22 dollars for 12 tiny cheese krystals, no fries ,no drinks. ...no thanks. Good on the employees for trying to stay positive, it was just 2 gentleman running everything.

Literally pulled into an empty parking lot with no customers inside. Between the rude drive thru guy and having to park and wait, I think this is pretty ridiculous. I don’t know if they’re just slow, or not wanting to actually do their job. Also, forgot my fries.
