It's fast food so it's a five star for what it is but I can't ask for it to be any better! Food was hot, fries were crispy, took less than 4 minutes from order to getting the first bite and the service level was great. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Waited 15 mins for sack of krystals 2 fries 2 drinks n bowl of Chili. The lobby was closed, so they weren't busy at all. Watching them stand around n talk while I was sitting out front waiting for my food. The second time I've gone n had to wait 15 mins or more for simple orders. Spending $40 bucks each time n cold chesse wasn't even melted ain't right by no means. We love krystals, but we will not be coming back.

Ordered Numbers 2 and 3 today Saturday December 2003. Perfect Service and food.Fries Hot fresh and appear NOT Frozen but fresh cut!Krystals had plenty onion. Oved it!Ordered and recieved Unsweetenex tea.

Spent 45 on food for it to be cold, and completely wrong. The buns were hard and cold and not able to be bitten into. Highly disappointed in this. Most of the sandwiches were thrown together so badly that it looked like it was shoved into the boxes.
Why is it so hard to complete a simple order. My wife and I have yet to find decent service anywhere and here is no exception. The drive thru member at 8 pm tonight was arrogant and rude. The food was also wrong. There is no reason to be hateful just because a customer likes their food the way they would enjoy it. Funny how if the tables were turned you would hold that same person to a particular standard yet show no desire to do so yourself. Congrats! What service do you really provide to the community?

I went to Krystal at @750 am and was served uncooked grits thru the drivethru very disappointed an the grit in my mouth is unexplainable it was like coffee with the grinds in. It plus they where not even hot just luke warm something most definitely has to be done about this wat time does breakfast begin so I'm sure I'm not the only person who was served these this way it's like they pour the grits in the bowl and topped it with hot water an put a lid on it like instant oatmeal noway this was served to the general public

It's a Krystal. Restaurant didn't honor cash discount advertised on their menu board and at drive thru window (4%). Fries were salty (good). Krystal's were salty (odd/weird).
