This has to be the worst location in knoxville. Or wait they are tied with western ave. I ask for no pickles and no onions and get my food and its full of pickles and onions. If you dont like your job go find another one. This is why you want get paid 15 a hour. Hell you can't even follow basic instructions. Want he eating at Krystal a y where again. Wished we could get another chain like this thats worth eating at.

I just went through the drive-thru and the lady that took my card was absolutely rude. After I told her I had just gotten gas, pulled out, parked, and waited for three minutes so that the surcharge for getting gas was taken off, I pulled back around to pay for my food. She then slung my food on the counter. Absolutely horrible service; I will never return.

This was a horrible experience. Me and my friend decided to make a mobile order this time when coming to Krystal’s. They had a good 20 minutes to make our order and they weren’t busy so there’s no excuses. We pull up and notice the speaker is broken, not a problem so we pull up to the window. The guy comes up and asks what he can do for us, told him we have a mobile order. He grabbed it, confirmed my name and we left, went to check the food and turned out we were missing a crap ton of it. A chilli cheese fry, a Dr Pepper and a whole 8 cookies. So we loop back around and let them know. A lady answered the second time, we were extremely nice and just let her know we were missing a couple things. She asked us to pull forward as the cookies would take a minute, not a problem. So after a minute of waiting she comes out with everything and lets us know they were short two cookies. Again not an issue. We thank her and we’re on our merry way. A few mins of driving and my friend noticed the cookies were extremely cold. Not like room temperature cold, these cookies hadn’t been cooked at all. I pulled them out and could see the literal dough. We paid $52 on this order so you know damn well I turned back around. Came up to the window again, I had no int of being rude, I just wanted the situation fixed. Well they knew damn well what they did wrong because they refused to come to the window when we came back. When we pulled out I could see an employee in the lobby doing her makeup. We also noticed the 2 classic chicks didn’t have pickles on them like they come with. This location is a hot mess. This is probably a huge reason why they’re slowly going out of business. I won’t be back at this location because all things aside I can’t look over them handing us 6 raw cookies. It’s almost as if they’re trying to get us sick. Horrible place

The food was hot and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I live in the southwest now so I hadn't been to a Krystals in decades. They did a great job!

I ordered 100 hamburgers and 50 cheese pups for a reception. The staff was professional, kind, and reliable. The order was completed on time, packaged to keep food warm, and they assisted me to the car. Sometimes you need simple, comfort food and Krystals are the treat. I am grateful for their timely kindness preparing for an important event.

The bathroom was sparkling clean and well stocked. Went to tell gentleman my order, and he was prompt and accurate! My Krystal's were hot and smelled of delicious onions!!! THANK YOU CREW FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!! So nice and wonderful! I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real. I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

Probably the rudest employees i’ve ever spoke too, they made my order wrong so i went back, the black male then proceeded to get pissed off snd thew the food everywhere inside the store. Childish and unprofessional.
