Asked for no pickles, and got them still. Aside from that, the food was great. Restrooms and dining room were clean. Parking lot is easy to miss. It's right next to the car wash.

Probably the rudest employees i’ve ever spoke too, they made my order wrong so i went back, the black male then proceeded to get pissed off snd thew the food everywhere inside the store. Childish and unprofessional.

The service was friendly and fast. No problem. However, I ordered pick 5 Krystal's and then a 6th extra Krystal and paid $1.56 for it. I only got 5 Krystal's and no pickles on them. They tasted old, not like Krystal's. I also paid $3.99 for chilli--- the cup was barely half full. I will not be returning. Julie Hembree

We came to eat and all the doors were locked. It’s 2:22 pm on a Monday afternoon. As my husband and I were driving off, disappointed, we saw everyone in the back smoking. What a shame! You will never get business that way. Krystal’s you’ve gotta do better.
