Bit of a language barrier but other than that a nice place to get a boba tea and they have some other interesting delights to eat that I have not tried.

Ordered a Oreo wow and bun on DoorDash and it was horrible. My drink was 99% food and literally 3 sips of drink. The picture didn’t show it came with boba either. It was only supposed to be Oreo. I got 3 sips out of it and the rest was food. I thought this was supposed to be a drink?. The bun also was nasty and inedible.
We asked for a refund with DoorDash and they would not give it to us. If you’d like to make it right let me know your customer service info so I can contact for a refund 16.77
Girls working the counter were extremely rude. Teas were okay not very sweet. My girlfriend and I came to get firehouse but while we waited for it to be ready decided to come to tealicious for some boba tea. We didn’t realize they closed in 5 minutes until we saw their hours on the door but we ordered right away and were quick (my gf is a server so we know how it is when people come in super late and try to be cautious of doing that). We apologized for coming in so late and said we didn't realize they closed at 8 and the girl said “yea we do” and then was rude and dismissive the rest of the time checking us out and it was very clear they didn’t want us there. Again we understand what it’s like to have someone come in last minute but that is not the right way to treat a customer.
