Since the new owner took over La Palma has declined over the years. This place used to be our #1 go to restaurant. Not anymore. All the ingredients have changed. All the good servers left which should tell you something about the owner. It's sad to see a once booming restaurant crumble the way this one has.

Went today, haven’t been in years. Lived in Powell my entire life and always had a good experience. But today changed that. First off had a happy hour sign on the door, had no mixed drinks or margaritas available only beer. Didn’t bring the order out right the first time as portrayed on the menu. The waitress gave me an attitude and when she brought the menu to me to show me I was wrong, she realized she was the one who wrote it down wrong and told the cook wrong. And I never changed my order. The attitude I received was unbelievable and uncalled for. I work in a customer service job, so I understand. I’ve never sent food back before today. And I will never be back. So disappointing because I loved this place.

Me and my husband waited over an hour for our food, the waiter took 30 minutes just to take our drink order then another for our food order . others came in after us and was served by the same women and got their food before us .
