Lennys is a go to of mine. This location is great. The owner seems to be always there and personally interacts with every customer. Staff is great as well. Food is always fresh and delicious.

A sign on the wall says something to the effect that "We will strive to make sure that no customer leaves unsatisfied". Well you did not strive at all when I was there on Sept. 12.Even with a $2 off coupon, your meatball sub was not worth the price. Cold bread (not toasted), a sprinkling of parmesan, and the Swiss American was neither visible nor could it be tasted. All in all, a very sub-standard sub. A $5 meatball sub at the West Town Mall is ten times better and less expensive to boot.

My family and I have always loved Lenny's and this location is the closest to us, but we will probably start making the trip to the Farragut location. The past two times the same manager has not been wearing a mask and the last time I was in she walked past me, maskless, coughing into open space. Forget the pandemic, who even does that in the first place!? People were told to cover their cough and sneeze way before COVID-19. The other employees all had their masks. The manager would walk around and touch everything while not wearing a mask and talking away on the phone. Not a good look.

Lennys has the best bread of all the various sandwich chains. I usually order the Italian or the club. Both are excellent and all the ingredients are fresh. The meat is whole muscle which is much better than the crap you get from Subway. This is my favorite sandwich chain.

We like their sandwiches. Would get the turkey with everything. My elder father wanted one tonight but I stopped by at 5:15 and they were closed. I was a little shocked and disappointed that I just missed it..not sure why the close right before dinner.
We went as soon as they opened and was helped by someone by the name of Dian(per receipt, but it was an older gentleman). He was super nice and I had never went there before. He gave out tons of suggestions then let us try one of their new spicy relishes. And then proceeded to making sure we had everything we needed while there. We were very pleased with the service and quality of food. Will be back for sure

I have been there several times and normally the experience is incredible! My wife and I absolutely love the subs, Hot Italian is my favorite. I have met the owner and she is so nice. Yesterday the woman working the register taking the orders didn't have the typical attitude I have seen at this restaurant. Very rude! Terrible customer service. No way I would go back and deal with someone that acts like they hate their job.
