I came to Knoxville to have a good time at your facility, I am 120lb female whose boyfriend was asked to leave the facility, still not sure why. As we were leaving, I was escorting my boyfriend out after the very large 350lb bouncer snatched his beer out of his hand spilling it all over his face (behavior which is unnecessary and unprofessional) and almost hitting me in the process. I was de-escalating the situation that your employee caused to be worse. So, as were walking out he proceeded to PUSH my boyfriend which caused me to trip because I was Infront of him and now I have a sprained ankle. Stay away from this establishment. Poor service and behaviors, based on other reviews it seems your bouncers think they can just place their hands on your patrons. Which I'm pretty sure is illegal due to it being assault!!!!!! Do better

Went here with friends and ran into a group of obviously underage boys who were horribly drunk and aggressive. They started a fight and punched a girl in the face then the establishment let them leave out the back door and wouldn’t hold them accountable. Very shitty place and should be shut down.
This place profiles and will kick people out for no resaon, I personally seen a handicapped person get kicked out of line cause he asked to go in and use thebathroom dude sent him to stand back in line and one minute later another security guy comes pulls him out of line and kicks him out. Place is over priced and service is rude

We went here to pregame for a University of Tennessee football game, mostly because we had a fairly big party and they had plenty of bars so we didn't have to wait for drinks. There's a mix of open area and seating. They also have an upstairs section with some tables and a balcony overlooking Cumberland Ave.
I've been here a couple other times, and I recall them sometimes having live music outside during gamedays.
Staff was friendly, no complaints there.
I'm sure it gets packed with college kids later in the night, it seems like that type of establishment.

I turned 21 on Tuesday of this past week. They scanned my ID and saw it was real and asked if I was an organ donor and asked me what my license number is which obviously a 21 year old wouldn’t know and they turned me down. What business turns down a REAL ID??? Ridiculous.

Tried to head to the Literboard after the Vols game. Waited in line for 30 min then got close of the front and didn't move for another 30 min. Said they were at capacity but continued to let people in from a different entrance. Power trip bouncers. Other spots are better.

Line took over 1.5 hours. Also watched a bouncer push a guy over, who landed on his face, and get knocked out. Literboard staff didn’t call the police, and let the guy lay there on the sidewalk, for at least 30 minutes.

Always a great time with a fantastic atmosphere! I love the aesthetics, the live bands, the captivating wall art, the affordable drinks, and the best DJ in Knoxville. Plus, there are multiple bars throughout! Game days here are unbeatable, with food trucks, live bands, liter beers, and multiple TVs on all different levels and areas, so everyone can enjoy comfortably. This place has it all! What sets this place apart is the exceptionally friendly staff, unlike most bars. They prioritize safety and create a secure environment making it the safest bar in Knoxville, hands down! The only drawback would be that it's a college bar, so you have newly of-age people, which always comes with a few bad eggs to ruin things for others (not unlike most bars). However, this is always a short-lived issue with the great staff that is more than glad to help.
