The only time I've pre-ordered pizza the day before from a little Caesars and it was all day on time. Will be using this location from now on as that just makes life easier

The drive thru had a speaker that was completely broken the last 3 visits (over at least a month's span), had to drive to window; the drive up was horrible. The entire outside area & all around the window was filthy, incl. what appeared to be a LOT OF MOLD! No saucers or napkins given.
Fast service no wait! Positive atmosphere!!! Pizza was not hot. Sometimes things happen. A very nice worker. I can't remember his name. So that is one thing, That has improved 😊

Guess reading what u order is not a thing anymore. I ordered cheese pizza light sauce and a ham pizza with light sauce. Get home to feed the kids and I have a pizza that is half is pep and the other has ham and sauasge and not light sauce and the other was ham no light sauce so I give this little Caesars a -5

I ordered pizzas for my sons birthday party at Zoo Knoxville. The store manager, Nick went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even threw in some Little Ceasars stuff for the kids like rings, crayons, coloring sheets, & more! It was much appreciated and we will definitely be continuing to use this location! Thanks so much!
