Customer service here is pretty much nonexistent. You can hear staff talking in the back, but they rarely come up front to greet or acknowledge customers. Orders are also almost never ready when promised, and waits of 5–10 extra minutes (or more) are common.
The lobby seating is uncomfortable, which makes the extended wait less pleasant. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking and the lot is easy to navigate.
Overall, the location is convenient to get in and out of, but poor customer service and consistent order delays make this a frustrating experience.

I came in for a slices and sticks and crazy combo When I ordered they said that they weren't making anymore crazy bread for the rest of the night When I got my Order The lady behind the counter made a fresh order of crazy bread free of charge Amazing service

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered from here and was told we had to cancel it because they didn't have ham, which in and of itself it's ridiculous. We reordered only to wait over an hour for it to be sent to another one where yet again we had to cancel it again because yep you guessed it no ham. Dealing with all that for mediocre pizza is just stupid. Their service along with their pizza isn't worth all the trouble. Absolutely will not order here or any other restaurant again.

Terrible customer service! I will not order from this place again and I would suggest that no one else does either! Like all restaurants, they don't give you the whole order that you paid for. That's how restaurants make money of course. I called the only number I can find to try to get a refund and I was put on hold and then hung up on. This happened 8 times! The last time I was put on hold while I was still talking!

Surprised to see only 2 people working 10/3/25 9pm on Friday night. Drive thru was busy and a few people inside. We preordered though the app. Both employees were super friendly and doing a great job at keeping up. There was a wait time but that's expected with so few staff. Pizzas were amazing and so worth the wait.
