Some of the staff are very rude and seem to dislike their job and people or at least come off very aggressive. The management is nice but the last two times I came to pick up a pizza or wings there have been two women who either sit in the back on their phones occasionally looking up to me waiting and ignore me or before they seemed to purposefully left open the doors to the warmer for a few minutes only coming up after the management asked me if I was waiting to order or on food. After explaining to them I was waiting on food they got onto the girls in the back for making a customer wait and for also leaving open the doors or the warmer. After that the girl took out the pizza from the warmer and handed it to me. At this point it was barely lukewarm and when offered a new one I was running late and couldn't wait for a new pizza to be made.When the food is made properly it is Little Caesars so it isn't the most amazing thing but it is still enjoyable and is what you would expect from them.To improve the review and experience I'd suggest talking to their employees about their attitudes and how to handle things properly. A business needs people who are more willing to be kind and not allow their demeanor to drive away customers.

Ordered online and said it would take about an hour to get which I understand. Order took 30 minutes longer than that and when I finally got the pizza, it was the wrong crust and just a cheese instead of extra pepperoni (which I paid more for). I've worked in pizza places for years. Why the heck does it take an hour and a half to make one cheese pizza and it's not even what I ordered?

I understand it’s usually kids working these positions and these companies have high turnover but the last 2 times I’ve ordered here the crazy bread is seriously terrible. It’s the only thing this pizza place has going for it since the pizza is better elsewhere, I come for the crazy bread. There is definitely new staff in the kitchen it’s very clear based on the hard, over cooked breadsticks :( it’s normally soft
Nothing screams good service like having your order taken by the new hire who doesn't know how to use the register, calls for the manager to take your order and then the manager gives you the WRONG order0. I visited this place for a quick bite to eat before my 2 hour drive home. For the record, I was visiting from Kingsport to see Mayor Glenn Jacobs. The worker was having a hard time processing what I was telling her for my order which was a fresh Italian Cheese Bread. She couldn't even figure out how to put it into the register, so she had to call for the manager which was wasting my time. So I pay for my food, and was given my food. I get to my car, open the box and I got square pepperoni Pizza instead. It's one thing to not be properly be trained to handle your position. It's an entirely different issue to be given customers the wrong order, especially when they paid for Italian Cheese Bread and got something worth more.

Had a wonderful experience just now their system was acting up but they overcame that made me a fresh pizza explain to me it might take a second ended up only taking 11 minutes I appreciate their energy as a customer it made my experience very wholesome And when I asked for a white cheese they did not get upset like Western Avenue did And they were more than happy to accommodate that the Homie making my pizza made me make sure it was to my standards an overachiever it best 10/10

The pizzas were burned. Shorted us a crazy bread, the pretzel crust wasn't pretzel crust it was the same as the crust on the sausage pizza. They didn't even cut through the pizza. The stuffed crazy bread wasn't cooked all the way it was just awful. Even the kids was disappointed and it is hard to disappoint kids with pizza...

Asked for banana peppers, and they put green bell peppers on it. They ruined the whole pizza because my daughter is allergic to bell peppers. They also put pineapple on the pizza that was not asked for. It's not that hard...read the order.
