Little Caesars Pizza

Horrible customer service. Never felt so disappointed and discriminated against in my life . I waited 45 minutes for an order only to be told that my order hadn’t been put in when other people who came in after order after me and paid after me received their order. I actually watched the people pay and they still got their order before me. no one came and told me my order was behind or anything. He waited until everybody else got their food and then told me they forgot to put my order in . Which is crazy because my order was a call in order I came in paid and waited on my order . then when I said I would wait Could I just have my money back and wait on the food since it’s been almost an hour he said no if I give you your money back, you’re not getting the food. He was very rude. I was very uncomfortable. I stated that it made me feel like because I was the only black customer that came in I didn’t receive my food and he threatened to kick me out and called the cops. Never been treated so bad in my life . He gave everyone free stuff as he handed out there food And apologized for their wait but I was left standing there with no explanation. He was hot and ready to scream at a woman but wasn’t able to serve me hot and ready food. He said his name was angle but at this point who knows . A woman he called baby so I’m guessing was girlfriend ran outside behind me to tell me I was trespassed . Horrible horrible customer service . Oh and he refunded my food but when I looked at receipt it wasn’t even my order he had refund so he actually refunded someone else’s food so still someone got the food and money and I had to go back In again to get the correct refund just to be yelled at again a treated like crap in front of everyone . !! I never experienced racism in my whole life but tonight that’s how I felt .

My household of 5 ate out for less than $40. It was good and we had leftovers. The food was hot, ready, paid for and ready to eat in less than 5 minutes. My 12 year old son went in, ordered and paid by himself. We got exactly what I asked for and were very pleased.

I'm glad this Little Caesar's exists. The employees are nice, the food's usually done quickly, and it's only sometimes raw or not cut into slices. Thanks for all you do guys.

Worst customer service experience ever! I tried to order something that was listed on the in store menu only to be told it was an online only option. When I pointed it out on the in store menu the employee began to get rude and argue with me. I said you know what never mind, because I didn't want to argue. Instead of asking if I wanted something different the employee very rudely told me why don't you go to a different store that you can afford then. I fail to see how not being to order something in store has anything to do with what anyone can or cannot afford. I left and will NEVER go back. I suggest you eat ANYWHERE else. They definitely need to DO BETTER!

I keep going to this location because of convenience. But the last 5 times the pizzas have been under cooked and the crust is soggy.. works in a pinch but the location on kingston pike is much better.

Can’t really tell if it’s a her or he but they were working today around 5:30 had a attitude and tried getting smart with me all because I asked for butter and parm on my pizza when it never came on there when I had ordered it. Lol it’s not that serious just make it right next time n I wouldn’t have to come back in

Idk what you all are doing over there but this is literally DISGUSTING. I will NEVER order from Little Caesar’s again. These breadsticks are RAW and completely inedible. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this deserves one. I can’t believe I paid money for these! You all ought to be ashamed for sending out food like this to a customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I can’t believe they would actually serve people food the way that they do!! I got the Italian cheesy bread, and 2 of the crazy bread combos and first the cheesy bread was burnt, and not cut into pieces at all. The crazy bread was half cooked, still doughy and smashed all together. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting money.

My girl loves the sticks and slices, it's one of her favorite things to eat being a vegetarian.

So I normally stop here on the way home from work when we have the grandchildren. They like the pizza. I like it's ready and you don't have to wait for them to make it. I'll sometimes stop for the Buffalo wings for myself. They bake them instead of deep frying them.
