I’ve been calling for 46 minutes and on hold for 18 minutes. I was answered and hung up on twice. I just need to cancel an order that went to their store instead of the correct one. I called the second the order was placed and NOT started. I am on hold again. You can’t run a restaurant like this. Awful store and zero customer service.
They have decided to no longer allow you to pay for a topping and get it on the side. The cashier, Brian L, acted like I was ridiculous for requesting it. He said they don’t even have anything to put them in?! Every other pizza place in existence does this. A really bad move for this company. Papa Johns is next door! Go there!
