I was not impressed at all. I ordered a classic pepperoni and crazy bread. Got my food home and it was hard as a brick and BURNT. I definitely did not expect this from this location as it is always busy. Try to call the store to get a refund and noone answers the phone. I will definitely not be returning

The lady looked me dead in the eyes, saw i had a pizza bag, didnt say a word, and before i could say anything, went into the back to talk to her coworker about inane gossipy bullcrap. It doesnt matter if its not ready yet, at least ASK me what is up or let me know it will be a minute. Insane disrespect

This location is never staffed enough to handle orders. They never ever ever never have any pizza hot and ready. I’d rather drive an extra 15 min to a store that cares about its reputation.

Tattered sign on drive thru says pull up to window. The sign at the window says come inside for service.
Why not just post at the drive thru stating come inside? (Why give us the false HOPE that we might get service?)
Not the first time, but most likely the last for me as I WON'T be back again.

I just left here not even an hour ago. Stopped on my way home because I wanted breadsticks. I’m just trying to understand why I was given uncooked dough for breadsticks. I don’t know why people think it’s okay to serve people something they wouldn’t eat. And if I wasn’t so tired I would have driven back! I tried calling but of course you can’t get through to anyone. Real service from places here have become so hard to come by. It’s ridiculous that companies have no idea that they are failing not because the product but the employees that have no accountability, no care but there to collect a paycheck! People pay their money and without paying customers, there is no business, no need for employees, etc. Owners, CEO’s and management have no idea half the time that their profits and margins are off because they have employees who care nothing about their business but just collecting a paycheck.

Came in to pick up my pizza, no one greeted me nor was I assisted during the time I was here. Thankfully I was able to pick up my pizzas with the code provided by email from the warmer (a first for me, I figured it out myself). Pizza was luke warm and slightly soggy. First and last time in this location.

Might go to place for a cheap pizza when I don’t have much time or many options. I will say this the staff were overly accommodating and helpful when their front store was closed down. They still open up the door for me and let me in to get my mobile order and we’re very friendly the entire time it’s my favorite local pizza spot you can’t beat seven dollar pizzas

Just picked up my pizza and the order was wrong. I ordered the stuffed pretzel with the cheese sauce. They gave me the stuffed pretzel with regular pizza sauce on it and it was so thick with the pizza sauce. They put so much salt on it that it’s inedible. I tried to call multiple times and they haven’t answered the phone and they aren’t busy because I just left there and I was the only customer. I thought I’d give them a second chance after the last time I ordered from them before and that was a mistake. It’s a shame that the service and quality of the pizza is this bad. I ordered the pizza for my grandkids and they can’t eat it. It would be nice to get a response from them. I would like my money back but I guess that explains why they won’t answer the phone. Don’t order from them!!!

I gave just one star to the place. This place is a joke. The service sucked and they can't answer the phone. The answer I got was that they are so busy. They could answer the phone. Let they answer the phone when taking our order. This is the second time we have ordered Pretzel Stuff Pizza. This is the second time it wasn't fit to eat it. I tried calling back with no luck. They won't answer the phone. Again, it's said they are so busy they can't answer. Drove pass, and there is no car or people there to puck up. This place and these people can't fix their mess. They call service and pizza. Never try this location again. Next time, it will be somewhere else. I would pay more for a good pizza. Then one I won't eat or feed it to anyone else.

Little Caesars at this location is a complete joke. Their drive-thru has been closed for months, yet their website and app still say it's open—total false advertising. Forced to park and go inside, I waited with no one available to hand over my DoorDash order. After asking three times, a Caucasian woman in her late 40s finally appeared with a terrible attitude, making the whole experience even worse. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The service was completely unprofessional, and they seriously need to fix their drive-thru window and overall customer service. Avoid at all costs.

The worst experience! Very short handed, no customer service

I've never waited less than 15 minutes to get a pizza here. Every other location is super fast, this one is terrible.
