Horrible customer service. I had to wait 15 while they talked to each other before I could even order my food. It was made fresh but it was extra extra greasy and burnt.

Terrible service. Employees are rude. Watched one of them touch their armpit with gloves and not remove them to start making pizzas and handing out orders. Will never eat here again

Got there at 8pm, an hour before they closed. They refused to make a cheese pizza, the woman said "we ain't doing all that, all we gots Italian cheese bread". Won't be back.

To the lady that was working the register today at this exact time, I walked in and had to wait almost 10 minutes while she finished watching a show on her phone and told me twice that she would be with me in a minute and then when I ordered what I did She forgot half of it and walked away back to her phone y’all need to get some help there fast it’s sad FRFR

If i could give less stars i would've! We bought 2 cheese and a pepperoni pizza with 4 jalapeño cheese and a crazy sauce. We get home and the cheese pizzas looked like they were 2 days old! We have been on hold with corporate for 30 minutes (still holding) we had to pay an Uber to pretty much throw away $28

I ordered online. Fast turnaround time and friendly service. You could tell the staff was working hard! They were friendly and the food was perfect!

I like the lady in there who works the window. She's always nice without overdoing it. I've never had an undercooked deep dish like at other little Caesars. It's a low bar, I know; yet several little Caesars can't even get that right

Worst Little Caesar in Knox hands down! Mobile order my items and when I went in to pick it up there’s rap music blaring from the back, cashier had horrible attitude and no customer service skills, and my stuffed bread was cold and horrible. Idk who the manager or owner of the store is but it definitely lacks any leadership or control of employees

Black girl with the two nose holes/piercing and the white girl that was on shift on 9-19-24 at 12pm thought I was Mexican and decided to call me racial names and treat me horribly. They gave me cold wings to eat. While laughing and making racial slurs ! Very disrespectful. I'm actually biracial not Mexican by the way!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst lil Ceasars in knoxville. Set at the window for 15 min before I was even acknowledged. Employees playing around laughing right in front of the drive thru window but still I set. When someone finally opened the window. I asked for a cheese pizza. Told it would be a 10 min wait. No customers in the store but I have to wait 10 minutes. This place needs new management. Waste of time and money after 30 min total I got a cold cheese pizza at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

I visited this location 9/8/24 at about 7 PM. When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a sign on the door that said "Drive through only", so I pulled up to the windows. I sat there for twenty minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. I even tried calling the restaurant and the phone rang for 5 minutes. By this time another car has pulled in behind me. Finally, a young boy comes to the windows. His excuse was there are only two people there and he was in the back making pizzas (but where is the other person?) So, I asked why nobody could answer the phone or come to the window, since there's two of them. The boy replied to me that his boss didn't pay the phone bill, so it's not working. I finally decided I didn't want to eat at this location and went to Jimmy John's instead. I will never be back to this location.
