Wanted something quick for dinner , decided to stop here seeing that they had a drive through and a sign that said "Hot and ready" . Once i arrived to the window in drive through , the window was opened but not an employee in sight . Although you could hear them and their discussions from what seemed to be right next to the window . 5 minutes go by and I should Hello , at this point there is 5 additional cars besides myself waiting in line ! A customer walks inside and walked out within seconds . A manager approaches the window after doing a cabinet check realizing there was no pizzas ready for quick pick up , at this point cars had already began to leave . I will not be spending with this location again , very unprofessional and not accommodating AT ALL !
DONT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS!!! Waited for a while they didn’t bother asking if I needed help or is ready to order . Worst place . Management needs to fired those who don’t care much .

we ordered and asked for freshly made food when we received our food after we brought it home it was old food from the day just heated up my family could barely eat it, and we all became sick that night. I would not recommend this place at all. it is run by teenagers.

If there was an option for zero stars, it would be a zero stars review. I had my friend pick up an order for me because I was at home sick. She placed a mobile order, and the app said the order was "in the oven" for over 30 minutes. So, she walks inside where two employees were standing in the back of the kitchen talking. One of the employees says "someone's in the lobby," and then they continue to stay in the back and not help her. So, I call the store. Surprise, surprise, no one answers after it rings for over five minutes. My friend then proceeds to the drive-thru. Once again, no one goes to help her after she's sitting there for over five minutes. So, I leave my house (sick, mind you) and walk inside, where finally someone acknowledges me. I ask for the order. Then, they hand it to me without my sauces or my drink. We get the order home. Surprise, it's wrong. Our boxes are COVERED in grease. Horrible service, horrible food, overall horrible experience.

I make the mistake of ordering a pizza from this god awful place every couple of months and want to give it a chance again, but I always regret it. Half the pizza thick and doughy, the toppings looked like they just threw a handful in one place and baked it, paid for extra cheese and if this was extra cheese I would hate to see what normal is. This place needs a MAJOR overhaul.

We ordered ahead of time on Super Bowl Sunday (Go Taylor’s BF!) just before kick off and it was busy as expected. We only ordered 1 but lots of others waiting and walking out with stacks of pizzas! While waiting I could see how frustrated people were waiting, watched people walk away and couples argue how busy it was, again SUPER BOWL.The 1 employee was a sweet girl reassuring people they were doing their best, taking names to stay in informed of what customers were waiting for pick up, apologizing and thanking people for the wait. She appeared overwhelmed and I don’t know if she realizes that she was doing exceptional given the day, time and circumstances.

The owner needs to either staff their store or shut it down! There’s never enough people there make orders in a timely manner. They take your order at the drive thru and make you wait in the parking lot. I’m waiting right now for a pepperoni and Italian cheesy bread. It’s been 45 minutes! I’m done, I will not be back!!
