Clearly this location was open, AND there were workers in the store, however we waited in the drive through line over 20 minutes and no one, and I mean no, ever waited on us in the drive through. People behind us even got out of line. The least that this LJS worker could have done...was to tell us that she didn’t want to wait on us or SOMETHING...ANYTHING would have been better than radio silence. Nothing at all, I even called the store...Nothing she didn’t even pick up the....phone. So unprofessional!! Ugh...Disgusted!

Ok place but terrible employees 1 in particular named antonio person is beyond rude and doesn't know how to cook and smells like old booze and back child support payments

This place has gone down hill and we wont be eating there anymore. After 20 plus minutes in the drive through you think they could have got my order correct. The quality and service has failed at this location. Owners take note. You get what u pay for with lazy employees

I have been to Long John Silvers often but this time was not good my Fish and Fries were so Dark and when I questioned it. I was told that the Fryers needed cleaning. I work in restuarant and Fryers are cleaned every night at end of shift.. I went to Drive- Thru around 3pm today. Don't. Know when or If I'll come back to the Magnolia Ave.

Ordered through Door Dash for the first time. Supposed to get 6 shrimp only got 5. Then ordered cocktail sauce for the shrimp and they gave me tartar sauce not cocktail sauce. Quality was good but a little quality control could help. In these shut down times with the restaurants and fast food place is hurting you think they will go the extra mile to make sure the customers they do have get accurate orders.

Waaaay too slow, inside & the drive thru. Decently clean but should be better. Lots of times the employees seemed to have some attitude, a number of them did.

Food was good once you get it the manager only had her and a cook locked lobby doors at 8 and we waited 45min for food
The food was delicious and the staff was even better!
