The new waffle fries SUCK! ?I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for tacos that were literally half sized and gross flavorless clammy fries. Lesson learned! That's why y'all can't keep locations open because the food isn't worth what we go through to get it. Don't respond back to me because this wasn't the 1st time that I had a bad experience... That's just what y'all do

Being the only one that is still open. Located on Western Ave in Knoxville, TN. It is a great place to eat fish. The atmosphere is great for family dinning in the, restaurant. The service is prompt and courteous to their customers. Recommend to drop in and order your food.

Went after the normal lunch hour. Always friendly, engaging service; food was hot and fresh. Very enjoyable meal.
All the workers was standing around and they was laughing at me and my friend when we wasn’t doing anything and when we called the store to ask them what was funny they cussed us out on the phone. Very unprofessional behavior and will not eat here again.

I ordered online. They were very busy with 40+ dollar orders ahead of me. The wait was reasonable. Food was great. Not too greasy. The sharp cheddar cheese bites are worth it The fish was cooked to perfection. Friendly staff and working hard.
