Do not order or eat there. We used to love this place but haven't tried it in several years due to Covid and the store being closed. We ate there after church, my daughter ordered the beef and broccoli. The tables were sticky, the floor was sticky and the bathrooms were disgusting. We got our food and were eating away, when my daughter asked if she was about to eat a bug. I thought, it's probably a mushroom, but my husband looked at it on a napkin and saw the legs. A baby roach was in her food. We all stopped eating and I took the girls to the car disgusted. The guy came running out after us to bring us a new dish, but yuck! We just threw it away. SO NASTY!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I love their food. But this is the most mismanaged restaurant I've ever seen. The orders for takeout are always wrong. They cancel your doordash unexpectedly and won't answer any calls to their storefront. Avoid this place like the plague.

The best massaman curry I’ve had in a long time! Everything we ordered was great, including the side of lo mien for my daughter (which was huge!). Will definitely be back.

I’m not sure if it was just this meal or if it’s a trend now but my meal had noticeable less meat than before. Just a heads up. I’ll edit this if I try it again and it’s not a issue.The food I’ve had is good but for the price I expect more meat.

First time customer. Walked in and ordered the LUNCHEON ENTREES, not only did I say Luncheon entrees, I even pointed to it, got charged for a dinner size, was served a dinner size, no eggroll and no fortune cookie which comes with the Luncheon entree. I asked for my egg roll. She was not pleased about that. Could care less about the fortune cookie. My order was to go. Took a bite of the egg roll before I left the parking lot. Seemed like a cold mushy pork roll, so in the trash it went. As far as my chicken lo mein entree, there may have been like 5 pieces of chicken in there and about 1/4 of the noodles were stuck together, like cooked and hard stuck together. First and last time I'll go there.

I never paid $14for sweet and sour chicken but I wasn’t tripping because I know this mean it’s gone be really good. Well my fried rice was plain like no rice peas eggs nothing the rice was good but not what I expected I also never had a Chinese meal without egg rolls for $14 I was expecting the works

Ordered online. Ordered fired rice with general tso chicken, paid extra and got steamed. Also the General Tso Chicken isn't crispy, very mushy, all breading and no real chicken. Egg Soup good.

I ordered beef with vegetables, chicken with vegetable, soup and crab Rangoon. When I got home i was missing the beef and vegetables. I called and she said I only ordered the chicken. So I thought ok, it's a misunderstanding. But when we opened the chicken with vegetables there was no chicken. Pretty pricey vegetables. I'm not calling back and I'm not going back. Used to be our favorite in the area. Yuck

I ordered veggie egg rolls. I sent my daughter to pick them up. She returned and to my surprise my order was incorrect. I called to tell them about my order and the lady was very rude. I simply wanted my order corrected. But she said "she didn't get receipt, I need receipt." I told her I didn't want my money back, I simply wanted what I ordered. She said again "she didn't get receipt." I told her don't worry about it. I will not order from you all again. What happened to customer service?

Have had problem after problem with this place messing up my order getting it wrong.very disappointed
The Lumpia was overcooked the orange chicken was overcooked the vegetable tempura was overcooked and the batter tasted funny. The pancit noodles were fine but the meat in the pancit was not cooked properly. This was our first experience and we had been told that it was good food, but after this experience it will be our last with them.

The reason I am giving this a 4/5 star instead of a 1/5 is because I genuinely love eating here. However, I went to call in an order today and since I am recovering from Covid, I can not go inside. After telling the lady what I wanted, I asked if I could pay over the phone and pick up the order around 2 in the afternoon. She responded by saying that the restaurant does not take payment over the phone. COMPLETELY FINE and understandable, so I apologized since I did not know this to be the case and cancelled my order. I get a text message from a number around 3 o'clock saying that my order is ready to pick-up. I responded asking who it was and after realizing it was Lotus Garden, I apologized saying that I had cancelled it over phone. The response I received is why I am writing this review. The text I got back was one-worded and very rude and unprofessional. The lady just sent back, "Omg." Now she could’ve had a rough day, but this isn’t how you treat a customer.
