Found this place on line. I called my order in. It was t 10 minutes till they called wanting to know if I was coming??? They do not close till 8pm,and they are calling me at 6:45 pm wanting to know if I'm still coming!!!! Go in,paid basically 13.00 and TIPPED 5.00. Get out in the car and checked my order!! To see that the hoagie was not what I even ordered! So I take it back in and tell them,and the cook apologizes and had to pay for the hoagie that he messed up on!!! And I hear his boss or whatever tell him that he only has to pay for the hoagie,cause they aren't replacing the fries!!!! Which are cold by now?? So I told my husband and we we no longer wanted the meal. So my husband went back in and told him that we just wanted a refund and the boss man or whatever he is,told him no refund!!??? Cause he had already started remaking the hoagie as he's using the same meat and cheese that was on the one that they messed up on!!!?? WE WILL NOT BE BACK AND WHAT HAPPENED WAS WRONG ANYWAY U LOOK IT!!!!!

This sandwich shop is excellent. My wife and I got the philly cheese sandwich and fries. They were great, fries were cooked perfectly, golden crispy outside, hot fresh and fluffy on the inside. The bread on the sandwich was great, meat was moist and tasty. The lemonade was very good. Prices were good, and I love supporting small businesses. The young man working the counter was full of energy and enthusiasm and very friendly. This country needs more youth like him! The place was clean and neat, of there was anything negative, the dinning area was a little warm. Can't wait to try the hot dogs.

If you have not been to Lou's yet you don't know what your missing. The staff and Lou are so friendly. The food is very good and a great portion. I came to eat because of Google reviews and I'll come back because of the food. Absolutely amazing ?! Great job Lou! Keep doing what your doing you are gonna be a huge success!

A new favorite! My dad and I came into Lou's for some lunch today on May 21st, 2024 at the recommendation of the older gentleman at the tobacco store next door, and we were simply blown away. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, and my father ordered three of their hotdogs. My burger was absolutely DELICIOUS and super fresh, and his hot dogs were mouth watering. Their fries are hot and crispy crinkle cut style with some type of seasoning on them that is absolutely to die for. My ONLY complaint so far is that each of us ordered French fries, but for some reason we only got one order of them. We were so hungry and thirsty from the heat that we didn't even make a fuss over it, and we just shared the small basket of fries. The man at the front counter was even kind enough to come up to us and ask us how our meal was, and it truly was most excellent besides the missing set of fries. We will DEFINITELY be back! I hope you guys start offering delivery really soon because we live closer to Clinton Highway and take the bus, so getting there isn't always feasible. But we will come back any time we get a chance to!
