If you have no teeth, this is the perfect BBQ for you!
All the meats are overcooked, soggy, collagen free with no bite or chew. The brisket might as well be pot roast. The ribs are LITERALLY falling off the bone. You cant pick them up without all the meat sliding off into a pile of slop.

I could never have nothing bad to say about this place. I love Prissy(the owner) to death,the food there is good,good service and just down to earth good people. The only downside is that it's not a sit in but definitely worth giving a try

Let me tell you--M&M BBQ has to be the best place to get barbecue in Knoxville. This quaint, hole-in-the-wall, family-owned spot is absolutely worth the drive. It's take-out only, not a sit-down restaurant, but the food more than makes up for it. And if you need food for an event, they also offer catering. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I actually thought they had closed down so i stopped coming to Knoxville for bbq and just make my own that’s how delicious their food is I es going to them for years and it’s definitely well worth the 30-40 min drive I’m going tomorrow everything she makes and I mean everything is delicious 🖤🖤🖤

I do not understand what other reviewers are raving about. I purchased a rack of ribs and the combo plate with chicken, brisket, pork and ribs and all of it was dry, overcooked and flavorless. It tasted like it was only seasoned with salt and pepper and was left on the smoker too long.

Food is amazing. Ribs fall off the bone. The hot BBQ has lots of flavor and just enough heat. The hushpuppies are the best in town
