Came a few minutes before they closed. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very kind/open. The coffee was a bit bitter, but I came late, so it's only to be expected.The flavors themselves were well balanced. I would recommend it to anyone visiting or living here!!!

Easily one of the best coffees in Knox. As someone who usually buys beans to take home and use on my own machine, you can tell how much they care about the quality of beans they use. Really, every part of the shop is awesome from the small details on the coffee bags to the merch itself.

This is a very nice coffee shop and roaster. It is beautiful inside and is obviously popular. The only problem is that there are custmers who use this as their workplace and talk business very loudly on their phones, which makes for a pretty unpleasant place to drink a cup of coffee. Not sure how the owners can crack down on this, but perhaps signage indicating that lengthy phone calls should take place outside? There is outdoor seating.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options available.

This coffee shop was a bit far from where we were staying while we visited Norris Lake but it was worth the trip! My iced latte was really good, my husband enjoyed his scone, and the cinnamon roll was so delicious, I got one to go so I could have one for breakfast the next morning. The staff were friendly, the bathroom was clean.

Updated review: I heard they were recently under new owners.Came in on 9/22/2023, & things have gone downhill quite a bit since they first opened &/or I last visited.It took forever for them to take my order (they weren't busy just chatting w/ ea other in kitchen).Cappuccino wasn't hot, chai didn't have much flavor. The GF muffin was really dry & they don't keep butter on hand (but lots of bread items, ha)Order was $12 & a waste of $$ as I tossed both in trash. No music playing, door squeaks & bangs shut crazy loud, sadly not a positive experience & wasted trip here.- - - - - -Super chill minimalistic vibe, sweet Baristas (who will make you the perfect blend) & a fabulous cuppa!! ☕ Right off the main road, clean, plenty of parking, drive-thru, plenty of space to work.

Excellent coffee. Spacious, light, bright environment. small pastry case with savory and sweet items, including gluten-free. Long family style tables with spaces to work. Free Wi-Fi. Mellow music. A point off because you cannot get a larger latte, i.e., more than 12 ounces, and there is a bit of grill smoke in the air from the kitchen in back.
