Terrible experience from start to finish. We waited 15 minutes at the bar without service or even a menu, and guests were cleaning their own dirty tables while staff did nothing. Most of the games we bought cards for were broken. Bowling was the only fun part, but asking for drinks led to “out of flavors”, and getting water took over 10 minutes. Completely not worth your time or money—save yourself the frustration and head to Pigeon Forge or a proper bowling alley instead.

Paid for all you can play, over a 4 hour wait for bowling, 1 hour wait for gravity climb so we bought arcade tickets, half the machines were broke down and the staff didn’t seem to care. Spent over 300$ and definitely not worth the cost what so ever

Very fun atmosphere! Server was awesome, Chelsea (maybe lol) wait on bowling was a little long but it is first come first serve (2.5 hr wait) staff very friendly had a party for mY 3 yr old and everything was on point! Thank you for everything to the staff at Main event!!

Wait for bowling and pool were 2.5 hours. Employee said all games were about 7 coins and they were all 10+. Got our coins taken by games without letting us actually play 3-4 times. Vibes not immaculate. Vibes actually atrocious.

The games and events were amazing and super fun. The restaurant read very disappointing no one seating customers and servers could not have been rude. Complaining loudly about other workers even had a glass of water spilled in my lap worst service and worst attitudes I ever experienced

Great place to hold a birthday party! Especially if you get Tori as a host. She goes above and beyond and is so very sweet. I enjoyed her and she is great with children. They have an asset there for sure! Made what could've been stressful, pleasurable and seamless. I appreciate her so very very much!!
