Expensive and loud. Tried to order a drink and snack at the bar but was completely ignored.
We went here for the first time tonight. We were all impressed with the place! Clean, lots of fun stuff to do, and the food was great! Highly recommended! 👍🏻

4 of the arcade machines charged our card for credits and did not let us play a game, but the customer service was great and gave us a refund. The bowling was great, food was great. But like most arcade prize shops, the prices were completely outrageous.

Amber is the Tech Manager and she was very helpful in fixing the game we were playing, it kept messing up. Everyone there was very nice and they all went above and beyond to help. Amber especially went above to accommodate us! Thank you all!

Main Event Knoxville is someplace I’d always feel alright recommending. The facility is clean and the different things to do always get the job done. Can’t give 5 stars for a few minor reasons. Some of the games are broken or did not function properly due to equipment being unserviced. Example the basketball games, some of the basketballs were deflated. The bowling alley is nice and not many complaints. The lanes were well kept but the cubbies under the chairs are covered in thick dust and grime. Maybe a deep clean every now and then would help. The food is good and the drinks are ok. Pricing seems to have increased over time but still fair. Overall this is a solid location for a family outing especially if you have younger children. The staff is friendly as well. 8/10 would recommend.

Is ok. I do really like the bowling but does feel like a money drain as the games are way overpriced. The food is bland not jumping up and down over. The atmosphere is definitely for kids and teens and they did good with that. It is noisy so be ready for that especially if you are older like me lol. The birthdays are very good and my daughter had a lot of fun. The host was awesome and energetic. Vanessa I think is her name. The girls and my wife really loved her. She really helped make it an enjoyable event and went way and above what i expected.

We got appetizers and they were fantastic! Fried pickles, pretzel sticks and fries. Most employees were helpful and pleasant. Bowling and laser tag are so much fun! The all you can play bracelet is fantastic deal. The arcade is ok. The kids didn't enjoy it as much and the prize shop is very disorganized and confusing and those employees are not friendly

This place is a RIP OFF!!!!!! My husband and I brought the grandsons for a day out, some of the arcade games took your money but didn't let you play, was waiting in line for bowling was asked if they could help me, I stated I would like to bowl, they said ok, then proceeded to help someone else. I spent over $300.00 for the boys to have fun, we'll NEVER NEVER again. Had my name on list for bowling and had to go up 3 times. 1st time the said 5 minutes, went back 20 mins later said they just had to turn lane on, still no one contacted me. Still had to wait 30 more minutes until they saw me again and finally turned lane on.

Half the games were messed up . The prizes were practically nothing left but candy and the bowling alley was super sticky. Will not be going back here ever.
Compared to last year prices have gone up ridiculous. Grandson after about ten minutes blasted thru 175 points. Arcades games were horribly short.
Milkshake $12 disgusting! Will not be going back.

This place was really cool. We came with my sons school. It's great for pretty much all ages (except maybe kids under 2-3). Even adults can have fun here. They have a really nice bar, the offer parties with catering. The food can be pizza and fries or you can get more gourmet type foods. They have a cool bowling alley (only issue was my sons first time ever bowling and he step just slightly over the line they have a sensor that didnt count his bowls, I understand for adults but kids just learning dont quite understand) the equipment is nice, everything is super colorful. They have a really sweet arcade, that uses cards to keep track of tickets and tokens, that way nothing is lost. There is laser tag and a ropes course, my son is 5 and wasnt able to go he and about 3 inches to small. (That was the only reason I said it's not good for little little kids). It was very very nice though we had a great time. Planning to do birthday party here in may.

Laser tag equipment has been changed since the last time we were there. New system not as good. Kids were disappointed... Didn't like the new system.
food is decent and the appetizer platter is big. the drinks are the better side of good, but not great. the service was on point and the games are plentiful. Real food while you bowl with real adult drinks, I'll take 2 please. had a blast and will go back. it gets busy as the day goes on, at least on a Saturday. I recommend.
