We've only ordered delivery. Nothing fancy about the food but it's solid sushi. They have a great three roll combo that's well priced.

Favorite place. 15 for lunch, 21 for dinner. Plain and simple don't debate, only made fresh unlimited buffet. I mean literally, order you're rolls sashimi, etc. Then your entree's. Eat what you order and you're good. Friendly owners and staff.Order to go, 4-8$ rolls, 7-12$ BIG entrees with rice. Never had one thing missing on an order either. Seriously I do not know why they aren't busier.

Our sever constantly picked up dirty dishes from tables on one side of the restaurant and served food without ever washing her hands. She would pick up dirty glasses by putting her fingers in the glasses and then give new guest their silverware and napkins one second later. The food was okay but it’s difficult to get a second choice. If you go, order all you want the first time because it takes forever to get a second order.
Worst service of any place I've ever been in. They nevered offered to refill our drinks,took almost an hour to get my second order and when they brought it out there was almost nothing on the plate. I recommend avoiding this place.

I always love going to Makino's. Their sushi is great and the service is fabulous. This time I'm especially grateful because I lost my keys while there. As I was riding with a friend I didn't discover they were gone until I got back to Morristown. I called to see if I had left them there, and they searched for them and found them for me. They took my address and are mailing them to me. Talk about going above and beyond!!
Hi I enjoy the food here. However the waiter I had on March 10th kept placing hot plates in front of my 1 year old who is in a high chair then would GRAB my son's arms and hands. This waiter who is a older man grabbed my son's arms and hands not in a rough manner but I did not appreciate him touching my son. I simply will not be going back to this restaurant.Another issue I had is this waiter did not hand me my card till I tipped, he kept it under his arm in which I had to asked for. I did not intend on tipping since this waiter grabbed my son's arms.Overall this restaurant is nice but bad waiter. I will have to find another Japanese food.
