Our short three day visit to knoxville tn FIREFLY Great! Breakfast was excellent Sweet cream pancakes the best ever. Lunch brisket burgers with sweet fries , Club sandwich Firefly was the best food ever had while traveling. My family enjoyed the food and service thank you for a great experience.
It wasn't especially busy, but the food took quite a while to come out. The sweet potato fries are a spectacular experience! They were savory and delicious, with the hint of natural sweetness. The rest of the meal was spoken highly of as well, but everyone in our party of 6 agreed that we needed to order an additional side of those fries!
When I think of hotel restaurants, I usually think of a good atmosphere with subpar drinks. This is not your typical hotel restaurant. The food was amazing. The burger (even gluten free with no bun) was amazing and the fried chicken was crafted by someone who seriously loves food. On top of that, the drinks far surpassed the cocktail menu at any restaurant in town I’ve been to. Don’t hesitate. Good food, good drinks. Even had live music.
