First time ordering a birthday cake from Marble City Sweets and it was amazing! I’ve tried a handful of bakeries and won’t be ordering my cakes anywhere else now. I can’t tell you how many people asked where the cake was from and how flavorful, moist and pretty it was. 10/10 recommend Marble City Sweets!

We ordered a superhero-themed cake hoping it would be a hit at our party, but it didn’t turn out as expected. The details that make each superhero unique were off – Batman was too dark, Hulk looked like he was placed on a flower instead of smashing through, and both Ant-Man and Iron Man’s designs didn’t match what we asked for. Especially disappointing was how they messed up the custom belts, which are key to each superhero's look, making them hardly recognizable. What made things even worse was that the superhero cake fell apart within 1 hour of pickup!!( We order another custom pj mask cake with the superhero cake for the same day,but that cake did not collapse)So, we sent them a detailed email explaining our disappointment. But here’s the real kicker: it’s been two weeks, and we’ve heard nothing back. Not a word. This silence feels really rude and shows they don’t seem to care much about their customers once the cake is out the door!!! It’s really a shame. We weren’t looking for much, just some recognition of the mistakes and maybe an apology. Now, we feel compelled to share our experience to let others know what might happen. If you’re looking for a bakery that pays attention to what you want and stands by their work, this might not be the place.Future customers should take this into account: a bakery that not only misses the mark on custom orders but also refuses to acknowledge or address their shortcomings.

We ordered for a baby shower in the crazy winter weather. They were fabulous, they had the order ready to go. Great commitment!!!The cupcakes were amazing, cookies fantastic. I recommend highly. !!! 1-10 a definitely a 15 !!!!

I have been meaning to try Marble City Sweets for SO long and I finally tried them when I ordered a King's Cake. I am so glad I did. Not only was the cake delicious, but their customer service was amazing! I called (two days late) to place an order. The gentlemen was so kind, stayed on the phone and walked me through the ordering process, and even changed the date of my king's cake so we would have it on the correct day. He went above and beyond, and I will definitely try this place again for birthdays, other events, and just all around needing a sweet treat. Thank you Marble City Sweets!
