Customer service was poor . Seemed like they really didn’t like their job or wanted to be there . The ice cream made my daughter sick and after the fact family informed me that this place didn’t have good ice cream. Lesson learned

Me and my girlfriend went there today and let me tell you how bad it was. First off we ordered the ice cream online and not only was it $17 dollars for two ice creams, it wasn’t even ready until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be even though the worker had said it was ready. The ice cream was tasteless and they made the order completely wrong. The place was very filthy inside and one of the walls had a mysterious stain that looked like mold. They had week old cookies sitting out and they were selling for $7 and the table these cookies were sitting on had dirt and bugs all over it. There was a new girl who was getting trained and the person training her was extremely rude and unhelpful to her even though she was making wrong items. I would never go back to this place, and I hope that new girl finds a different job that would treat her better.

This place needs a deep clean immediately. Brought my son and you can see what looks like water damage near the restroom, flies everywhere and dust all in the vent above the ice cream and cookie stations. Very disappointing.

I went there twice recently. Both times, the employees were very friendly, attentive and helpful. My ice cream was delicious! I got a waffle bowl because they make them in the store. It seemed to be a little stale. Also, I went around 8pm both times and it was still daylight. However, they had the barstools stacked which made it seem like they were closing. For the past several years I haven’t had good experiences here, but it definitely has improved! I would absolutely recommend them for ice cream!

I walked from my hotel to get some ice cream and the location said ice cream was unavailable even though patrons had walked out less than 3 minutes with ice cream. Why are you defrosting at 8:20 if you close at 9pm.
