The Turkey Creek location used to be so good. I drive close to an hour to get there and the last 3 times I have gone it has been terrible. The first time the ice cream was so soft they couldn’t give me a cone because it ran straight out of the bottom, the second trip they had no chocolate of any kind and it was 5pm, and just tonight I arrived at 7:45 and the girl working locked the door as I went to open it and turns around and walks off. Both her and the boy went to the back and stayed. I went next door and came back 30 min later and she was putting a sign up that they had a truck and closed. There were more than 10 people out front, all complaining of how poor this location performs now. They need a new manager in a bad way because this store it failing. Looks like I’ll get a “send an email and complain” generic response as others have which I won’t bother to do but be warned how terrible this store is.

I have had several in-person encounters with curt employees who do not know how to have basic interactions with customers. On the delivery end, I tried to give them a chance this evening, and they let an hour pass by and waited until the delivery driver arrived to the store to inform her that they do not have the items I ordered. They wasted my time and the driver’s which is so frustrating. The driver messaged me privately and apologized on their behalf and then stated the employees were rude to her for trying to sort things out. Such a shame.
