Delivered cold a half hour late and manager was dismissive when I called to discuss the issue.
Pizzas arrived 47 minutes after they left the store. Had we been informed that they were going to be delivered cold we would have gone and picked them up. When we called to discuss this the manager said he would refund our money and hung up on us. We haven’t seen a return in our account yet and it’s been a couple of weeks.
The pizza was extremely greasy, over sauced, soggy, under cooked, and very little toppings.
We actually threw most of it in the trash.
The customer service was also lacking.
