Pizzas arrived 47 minutes after they left the store. Had we been informed that they were going to be delivered cold we would have gone and picked them up. When we called to discuss this the manager said he would refund our money and hung up on us. We haven’t seen a return in our account yet and it’s been a couple of weeks.

I ordered pizza and a 24oz Starry from Marcos Pizza via DoorDash for pick up. When I arrived I was greeted as I entered the store. My pizza was hot and ready. The store had apparently run out of 24oz bottles of Starry, so the employee gave me a 2 liter bottle instead and held the door open for me as I left. The BBQ chicken pizza was well made, perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The customer service I received at Marcos was exceptional and the pizza was very good. You'll not go wrong ordering here.

I ordered my pizza online and when I got there about 15 minutes later, it was ready and it was still hot. The person who gave me my order was so kind and sweet! This pizza is the bomb 💣💣
lol don’t order delivery. Pickup is fine. I live 700 feet from Marcos and my delivery has been on its way for over 20min. Only ordered delivery because I don’t drive after having at least 1 drink. Placed my order at 9:33 and received it at 10:18pm. My estimated arrival was 10:03pm. When I called the employee said at 10;13pm they said “oh 20 more minutes”.
