Ordered a Large 3 topping pizza and a Chicken Caesar salad. Doordash driver showed up with a salad that had a price tag of $38. Immediately refused it. Called the Middlebrook store and the manager said "He couldn't refund the salad." What a joke. We've done a ton of business with this location. That all ended today. Definitely some scamming going on with that store and Doordash.

The order was supposed to be delivered within an. hour and 15 minutes. It’s a Friday night I understand they’re busy. However it took over two hours to be delivered. DoorDash is the one that completed the ordered. The pizzas were wrong and under cooked. Little Cesar’s is your best bet if you think about ordering from these People

Arguably the worst pizza in Knoxville. Waited 2 hours for my delivery once and it never showed. Got a $30 voucher, tried again. So much grease it came out of the box and made a puddle on my seat. I worked for Marcos for 1 year and could absolutely make it better any day of the week

Ordered 3 items for delivery. Took nearly 2 hours to receive it was so cold. Didnt receive the ranch or nothing that i was charged for. The pizzoli was literal all bread with 3 pepperoni and 2 pieces of sausage. The dough wasnt even cooked all the way. The wings were absolutely gross and cold. I couldnt not be more disappointed after i had Ordered food a couple days ago. The best pizza and cheese bread I've ever had. That's why I ordered again. I will not ever again.

This Marcos location has steadily gotten worse the more we have ordered from it. We switched from Dominos because we like Marcos pizza better but the last deliveries we’ve had have taken almost two hours to receive and the very last one was given to DoorDash even though we didn’t order through them. Done with this location.

I have never had such a horrible experience - we’ve ordered from this location for years and never had this happen, my order was arriving extremely late and upon calling the person was horribly rude. Told me “there are more important things going on than your event, I’m tired of people complaining to me about the order etc.” for reference I place this order days in advance and it arrived an hour late.
The customer service is beyond nonexistent at this location. I understand it’s a busy day and they outsourced the order to DoorDash to help speed things up. Items were missing, the pizza was cold, and it was still well over an hour. They kept pushing blame to DoorDash and I contacted DoorDash. They still refused to refund and used expletives in regards to the refund process and getting issued. After being cursed about, it’s easy to lose your cool and they refused to issue the refund or take return calls. Needless to say they have no business being in business and will not be on my recommendation list anymore. Hit up the Ebenezer location if you want Marco’s. They always knock it out of the park.
