lol don’t order delivery. Pickup is fine. I live 700 feet from Marcos and my delivery has been on its way for over 20min. Only ordered delivery because I don’t drive after having at least 1 drink. Placed my order at 9:33 and received it at 10:18pm. My estimated arrival was 10:03pm. When I called the employee said at 10;13pm they said “oh 20 more minutes”.

I placed an online order for delivery. When the delivery was made I was missing a large pizza. I called the store and Cayden told me the pizza got left off the delivery but I could come pick it up. I said it was a delivery order for a family party we are currently having and asked again for it to be delivered. He said he couldn’t have it delivered. I asked for a credit card refund and he said he would put in a card refund for $17.74 immediately and I would have it within a couple of days. The credit never came. I called the store a week later and again spoke with Cayden. He lied multiple times about what had occurred. He finally admitted he couldn’t even do a credit card refund. I asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager and he hung up on me again. Update: I finally spoke with a manager named Lauren. She offered me a store credit. I told her I would like a card refund and asked if there was anyone else, perhaps with corporate that could do that for me. She said if I called corporate they would refer me back to her. She said she would check into options and get back with me. Update: A week later and the manager Lauren has not called me back.

I was told by an employee that my order be ready in about 3 minutes and then found out that the order wasn't even started yet and it was going to be another 10 to 15 minutes before my order was ready and now it's been 20 minutes and my order is still not ready I ended up waiting 35 to 40 minutes for a doordash customers order I used to work in the pizza business I know for a fact it does not take 35 minutes to put an order together when the store is not busy I feel they purposely stood there and made me wait

Ordered pizza at 6:15. No order by 7:15. Called restaurant. Said it was on it's way piping hot. Never arrived until 7:40(We live around the corner from shop). Was barely warm.

Ordered a Large 3 topping pizza and a Chicken Caesar salad. Doordash driver showed up with a salad that had a price tag of $38. Immediately refused it. Called the Middlebrook store and the manager said "He couldn't refund the salad." What a joke. We've done a ton of business with this location. That all ended today. Definitely some scamming going on with that store and Doordash.
Ordered 3 pizzolis and when they arrived they were raw on the inside. Called. Got attitude and ordered 3 more and they were still raw. So I called again and you can tell they didn't take it seriously at all.

The order was supposed to be delivered within an. hour and 15 minutes. It’s a Friday night I understand they’re busy. However it took over two hours to be delivered. DoorDash is the one that completed the ordered. The pizzas were wrong and under cooked. Little Cesar’s is your best bet if you think about ordering from these People

Arguably the worst pizza in Knoxville. Waited 2 hours for my delivery once and it never showed. Got a $30 voucher, tried again. So much grease it came out of the box and made a puddle on my seat. I worked for Marcos for 1 year and could absolutely make it better any day of the week
