I ordered a medium BYO pizza with garlic sauce crust, but unfortunately, there was no garlic sauce on the crust. Additionally, the pizza wasn't cut all the way through, and the cuts were uneven. It seems like either the staff isn't skilled at cutting even slices or their cutter needs sharpening. Despite these issues, the pizza was decent, although I've had better from this location. This marks the second time since the reopening that we've experienced mediocre pizza.

An inconvenience- Ordered pizza at 7:15pm online and it said it would be delivered at 7:47pm. I waited and waited till 8:00 pm tried to call them to find out where my pizza delivery was and held on the phone till 8:45pm. The recording kept saying "Thank you for your patience and associate will be on the line shortly". So I gave up waiting and drove to the place. And asked what's going on. I ordered a pizza at 715 and it took my payment of $25.30 and I'm still waiting. The person that tells me that the Wi-Fi is down and no orders had gone through. But he was surprised that the online took my payment. He took my information order number and transaction number and said he will cancel it when the Wi-Fi comes back on. I did get my refund, but what an INCONVENIENCE

Their ticket system has clear issues, with orders not showing up in the store themselves for up to 20 minutes after being placed making timing a pickup order a pain if you are in a hurry. Apparently it is also now placing double orders and the staff would rather make an angry phone call to accuse a customer then admit their system is flawed.

Placed an order for pickup 40 minutes later so it would be fresh and hot upon pickup and it was ice cold. They definitely made it as soon as I placed the order. Have to reheat it in the oven. Also it was sliced terribly. Some big and some tiny. Train your staff and do better.

Thus is my favorite Marcos to order from. They are always on time with delivery and their food is always hot. I haven't had any issues with my order being wrong I have always received what I asked for. They have some of the best pizza in town in my opinion. They blow domino's and papa John's out of the water.

we have bought pizza from this location many times. The atmosphere in the building is not as personal or friendly as it should be. Even though jobs like this are considered by many people as being just something to do on the way to something better, it doesn’t mean that we should be indifferent to people. just a little bit friendlier service at the counter would be wonderful. Most recently we had a very confusing issue, the first time that this is ever happened, where driver could not find our place, the order was under the wrong name, and by the time we got the pizza, it was not fresh out of the oven, just say the least. This is one of the only times that I have been completely disappointed in this particular location.Did i mention I love the pizza?It seems they have changed their Italian sausage in the past year or so. It used to be sliced on the angle so that the pieces were in a type of long angled bites which were delicious. One of our favorite toppings is banana peppers and we are charged full price for a topping although it seems that what they put on there is more of an afterthought. I hope the owners pay attention to this review because I really love the pizza and recommend it to all of our clients when they are here as we are very close to this Marcos location. certainly I’m not talking about everybody who works there. I don’t want them to feel bad about reading this. These are rather isolated incidents but have occurred more than a couple times, and could stand some improvement.

I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the "gluten free" pizza was. My only complaint is I don't believe they use cauliflower crust like they claim, but it is a gluten free crust. I had a Chicken, spinach, mushroom and banana peppers with white sauce pizza on a gluten free crust and it was really good. Service was good and my order was complete pretty fast! Definitely plan on going back - perfect for a night I don't want to cook!
