Horrible horrible customer service!!! I will never spend my money with Marcos again. Pizzas were burned & over cooked. We eat there all the time & never had this issue. Called to have it resolved, spoke with a manager named TK who was very unprofessional & rude. She continued to talk over me & be sarcastic then hung up on me! Called back, no one was able to help me or resolve the issue. Horrible management at this location!!

When you go to Marcos website to order or call this location instead of it saying they are CLOSED it puts you on hold forever! Corporate needs to fix this ASAP! I tried to reach out to the corporate office and all phone numbers are disconnected.

My grandson and family really enjoyed their pizza. We always do one large pepperoni, one large cheese and we always get the cinnamon bread. There is never a long wait because we order ahead and pick up.Parking: I have never had a time that I did not have parking space, we always go to the Marco on Maynardville pike
We ordered delivery from Marcos for the first time tonight. We got the food pretty quickly and it was so delicious. I had some questions about the order and the General manager was great and very helpful. We'll be returning customers for sure. Thank
