I made a mistake on a pickup order on the app and the staff not only fixed the issue without complaint but gave me coupons to offset the cost. They didn't have to do this and went above and beyond. That's exemplary service. And the pizza was great too!

When made with fresh salad and extras that we like in it it's great....pizza pretty good stuff . Ethan is a great employee. So kind and a great salad maker. We love em....give em a raise ..he's great.

With so many pizza places skimping on toppings, Marco's seems to be doubling down. It makes perfect sense though, right? If you want to increase revenue, sell more pizza. If you want to sell more pizza, make the best pizza.

When I order extra toppings on my pizzas, they either put so much, that the crust doesn't cook, or it obvious they don't put any at all.

Didn’t give the extra sauces I paid for and even called out and said the extra sauces were in the box. My mistake I guess got not checking but why call it out if you didn’t put it in there?

The last few times we've ordered from them, they have been super later, later than the estimated time told..like 45+ minutes. This last time I ordered, I called 20 minutes past time checking on it and they had to remake our food due to drivers being late. I'm not mad about the short staff or lateness as much as I am the average time told is not accurate. We aren't ordering here anymore, we've given 1 too many chances.

The best pizza but usually no salad order in correct 4/5 I just called to check on my order that was told 30 to 45 mins not busy tonight I called order in 7:38 and it’s 8:40 pm called to check on my order the girl said hmm I don’t see a order for you went down hill after that I’m done
