Marcos is hands down my favorite pizza in Knoxville! The crust is perfectly crisp without being too hard, and everything always tastes fresh and delicious. The staff at the Ebenezer Rd location are always so sweet and friendly, which makes picking up my order a great experience every time.
I also really appreciate that their prices are reasonable, and they offer great discounts and freebies from time to time. My food is always ready on time, quick and easy to pick up, and piping hot when I get it. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and great service!

I order almost every Saturday for quite some time now and every time I go pick up my order it's exact and hot and fresh. Polite and kind staff and just a all around good experience for getting pizza not just on Saturday but any day of the week.

Worst experience ever. Asked for extra croutons in my salad. Got home which is 15 minutes away to find there is almost no croutons. When I call for resolution I get told to deal with it and if I don’t like it go somewhere else by the manager Andrea. Then get hung up on. I hope your experience is better.

My last trip to Marco’s- both times I have picked up my order, it was not ready when promised. This last time was told that there was a new cook and order was taking longer- when I got home ( 5 mins away) pizza was cold ! How can a pizza not be ready then be cold when you get home? No more Marco’s for this ol’ boy

Be ready to wait. Even if you order online the time is always delayed. We use them a lot and always have trouble.
Disgusting the pizza was over cooked almost burnt, the Italian subs had 2 pieces of meat and no banana peppers like we asked for. The woman said they only charge delivery on the weekend but they charged us delivery. I called and asked for the district manager to call me and no one called. When I asked for the district manager’s phone number she got very defensive and asked what I needed that for then told me she didn’t have to give that to me. We go to the Marcos on middle brook now and they are great, I challenge everyone going here to try the location on middle brook you won’t be disappointed. It’s worth a couple miles difference, take the challenge

The pizza tasted great and seemed like it was cooked well. Two of us unfortunately had some digestive issues, didn't feel good all afternoon, and didn't sleep well that night. We will be available Marco's for a while because of this.
